Abstract

An apparatus for testing a muscle stimulator PCB 10 having a pair of leads 11 comprises a holder 14 for accommodating the PCB 10, the holder having counter-contacts 15 which in use engage at least the power input contacts exposed on the underside of the PCB. A circuit 13 for connection to the pair of leads 11 at least approximately stimulates the electrical characteristics of a human body. In use a controller 16 supplies power to the PCB 10 via the counter-contacts 15 and detects a resultant signal level in the circuit 13.
