Abstract
The invention discloses a document storage device for manufacturing information management, comprising a storage box, wherein, a rotating plate is connected in a rotatable way at the inner bottom of the storage box, and a rotating shaft is inserted into the top of the rotating plate. The invention has the following beneficial effects: A document storage device for manufacturing information management with a simple structure is easy to use; with a cylindrical structure improved from the traditional cabinet-type document storage device, a document can be quickly located when needed just by the marker at the outer wall of the pushing plate on the end extending 10 from the storage box, the rotating plate is driven to rotate by the L-shaped poke rod, the sliding base plates are driven to rotate inside the storage box when the rotating plate rotates, and when the sliding base plate for the needed document is located in the pushout groove, the pushing plate is pushed along the sliding groove to push the sliding base plate out from the pushout groove, so as to take the document conveniently.

For the manufacturing industry, information documents are extremely inconvenient to manage as there are a large number of staff, requiring separate document storage devices for storage. Most of the existing document storage devices are in a cabinet structure. It is very inconvenient to take a document from so many document folders or put back a document into so many document folders in a cabinet—type storage device.

To solve the above—mentioned technical problems, the invention provides the following technical solution: A document storage device for manufacturing information management, comprising a storage box, wherein, a rotating plate is connected in a rotatable way at the inner bottom of the storage box, a rotating shaft is inserted into the top of the rotating plate, the bottom of the rotating shaft penetrates the rotating plate and is connected in a rotatable way with the inner bottom wall of the storage box, several sliding base plates are arranged on the top of the rotating plate at an equal interval, the sliding base plates are connected in a rotatable way at the top of the rotating plate, a pushing plate is fixed at the top of the sliding base plates on the end close to the rotating shaft, a rotating groove is formed in the top of the storage box corresponding to the pushing plate, a sliding groove is formed in the inner side wall of the rotating groove on one end, the pushing plate is located inside the storage box, a top sliding plate is fixed at the top wall of the pushing plate on the side far away from the rotating shaft, the top sliding plate is connected in a slidable way with the inner top wall of the storage box, side plates are arranged at both sides of the top sliding plate, the sliding base plates are fixed at the other end of the side plates, and a pushout groove is formed in the side wall of the storage box corresponding to the side plates.
As a preferred technical solution of the invention, the end of the rotating shaft far away from the rotating plate penetrates the rotating groove, and an L—shaped poke rod is fixed at the wall of the rotating shaft on the end penetrating the rotating groove.

The end of the rotating shaft 3 far away from the rotating plate 2 penetrates the rotating groove 11, and an L—shaped poke rod 4 is fixed at the wall of the rotating shaft 3 on the end penetrating the rotating groove 11; the L—shaped poke rod 4 makes the rotation of the rotating shaft 3 easier.

Specifically, when in use, a document can be quickly located when needed just by the marker at the outer wall of the pushing plate 9 on the end extending from the storage box 1, the rotating shaft 3 is driven to rotate by the L—shaped poke rod 4, the rotating plate 2 is driven to rotate inside the storage box 1 when the rotating shaft 3 rotates, and the No.2 spring 19 can push the limiting protruding ball 16 to be clamped inside the limiting slot 17 when the rotating shaft 3 rotates, so that each rotation angle of the rotating shaft 3 can be controlled; the sliding base are driven to rotate inside the storage box 1 when the rotating plate 2 rotates, and when the sliding base plate 5 for the needed document is located in the pushout groove 14, the pushing plate 9 is pushed along the sliding groove 12, and the pushing plate 9 drives the sliding base plate 5 to slide along the top of the rotating plate 2 and to push the sliding base plate 5 out from the pushout groove 14, so the document can be taken between two side plates 13 on the same sliding base plate 5. The process is very convenient.

A document storage device for manufacturing information management, characterized in that it comprises a storage box (1), wherein, a rotating plate (2) is connected in a rotatable way at the inner bottom of the storage box (1), a rotating shaft (3) is inserted into the top of the rotating plate (2), the bottom of the rotating shaft (3) penetrates the rotating plate (2) and is connected in a rotatable way with the inner bottom wall of the storage box (1), several sliding base plates (5) are arranged on the top of the rotating plate (2) at an equal interval, the sliding base plates (5) are connected in a slidable way at the top of the rotating plate (2), a pushing plate (9) is fixed at the top of the sliding base plates (5) on the end close to the rotating shaft (3), a rotating groove (11) is formed in the top of the storage box (1) corresponding to the pushing plate (9), a sliding groove (12) is formed in the inner side wall of the rotating groove (11) on one side, the pushing plate (9) is located inside the storage box (1), a top sliding plate (10) is fixed at the top wall of the pushing plate (9) on the side far away from the rotating shaft (3), the top sliding plate (10) is connected in a slidable way with the inner top wall of the storage box (1), side plates (13) are arranged at both sides of the top sliding plate (10), the sliding base plates (5) are fixed at the other end of the side plates (13), and a pushout groove (14) is formed in the side wall of the storage box (1) corresponding to the side plates (13).

The document storage device for manufacturing information management according to claim 1, characterized in that the end of the rotating shaft (3) far away from the rotating plate (2) penetrates the rotating groove (11), and an L—shaped poke rod (4) is fixed at the wall of the rotating shaft (3) on the end penetrating the rotating groove (11).
