Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a kind of pharmaceutical synthesis plant. more particularly, relates to resist cyclized polyisoprene production plant.
GENERAL BACKGROUND Cyclized polyisoprene is a good negative resist, with excellent acid and alkali resistance, good adhesion, high resolution and sensitivity, which is a resist with larger amount using currently. It is mainly used in medium and large scale integrated circuits, power tubes, precision machinery manufacturing and other micro-processing. Most of the existing production plant processes are complex. Thus, as a resist, the advantages and disadvantages of production equipment of cyclized polyisoprene have a great economic significant for improving product quality and reducing the by-product contents.
SUMMARY The purpose of the present invention is to provide resist cyclized polyisoprene production plant, including: tank (F10l~F103), polymerizer (D101), cyclizing tank (D102), glue mixer (D103), scrubber (L101), concentrator (L102), filter (L103), pump (J 10l~JlO3); among them, pump (J 102) is connected respectively to tank (F102) and polymerizer (D101), cyclizing tank (D102) is connected respectively to polymerizer (D101) and scrubber (L101); among them, full volume oftank (F103) is 2.75-2.82 m‘, outer pot diameter of polymerizer (D101) is 800-860 mm, inlet diameter of pump (Jl03) is 170-180 mm.
Resist cyclized polyisoprene production plant, the production process is: dissolved high purity isoprene in the xylene which has been dehydrated and refined in polymerizer D101, added initiator butyllithiurn, carried out polymerization reaction in the polymerizer. After molecular weight and viscosity of polymerization reaction product meeting the requirements, added terminator, stopped the polymerization reaction. Transferred the product to cyclization tank D102, added cyclization catalyst p-toluenesulfonic acid for the cyclization reaction, added cyclization reaction terminator after cyclization reacted for 2-3 h. Transferred the product to scrubber L101, added water and stirred fully, washed the reactor, made the metal impurities and the catalyst enter into the water layer for separation. Concentrated the washed product in concentrator L102. Added the concentrated product into glue mixer D103, then added an appropriate amount of cross-linking agent, stabilizer for glue mixing, compounded the glue with a certain viscosity to meet the requirements. Filtered the glue through filter L103 and obtained the finished product. The advantages of this invention are that the reaction time is reduced and the reaction rate is improved.

Resist cyclized polyisoprene production plant, including: tank (F l01~F103), polymerizer (D101), cyclizing tank (D102), glue mixer (D103), scrubber (L101), concentrator (L102), filter (L103), pump (J101~Jl03); among them, pump (J102) is connected respectively to tank (F102) and polymerizer (D101), cyclizing tank (D102) is connected respectively to polymerizer (D101) and scrubber (L101); among them, full volume oftank (F103) is 2.75-2.82 m‘.
2. Resist cyclized polyisoprene production plant according to claim 1 wherein outer pot diameter of polymerizer (D101) is 800-860 mm.
3. Resist cyclized polyisoprene production plant according to claim 1 wherein inlet diameter of pump (.1103) is 170-180 mm.
