Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a kind of pharmaceutical synthesis plant. more particularly, relates to perchlorethylene waterproof coating production plant.
GENERAL BACKGROUND Perchlorethylene waterproof coating is mainly used for waterproof treatments of constructions. Most of the existing production plant processes are complex. Thus, as an architectural coating, the advantages and disadvantages of production equipment of perchlorethylene waterproof coating have a great economic significant for improving product quality and reducing the by-product contents.
SUMMARY The purpose of the present invention is to provide perchlorethylene waterproof coating production plant, including: tank (F101), tank (F102), feedstock pump (Jl0l), feedstock pump (J 102), feedstock pump (J 105), feedstock pump (J 106), reactor (D101), reactor (D103), mixing tank (D102), ‘transfer pump (J103), transfer pump (J 104), tank (F103), tank (F104); the connection between the various components of the production plant is: tank (F101) is connected to feedstock pump (J 101), tank (F102) is connected to feedstock pump (J102), reactor (D101) is connected respectively to feedstock pump (J 101), feedstock pump (J 102) and transfer pump (J103), mixing tank (D102) is connected respectively to transfer pump (J 103) and transfer pump (J104), reactor (D103) is connected respectively to transfer pump (J 104), feedstock pump (J 105) and feedstock pump (J106), tank (F103) is connected to feedstock pump (J 1 05), tank (F 104) is connected to feedstock pump (J106); among them, head thickness of tank (F102) is 6-7 mm, inlet diameter of feedstock pump (JlO5) is 170-180 mm, nominal volume of mixing tank (D102) is 400-500 L.
Perchloretliylene waterproof coating production plant, the production process is: used perchlorethylene as the base material, diluted by acetone and benzene, added fillers and compounded to obtain, formulated bottom, elastic layer, anti—aging layer separately. Bottom: prepared the first two diluents, then added the remaining three kinds of raw materials, heated to 45-50 "C under stirring, stirred well and got the bottom coating. Elastic layer: added perchloroethylene and acetone to D101, benzene and tar to D103, stirred well respectively, them mixed these two materials at D102, added the other materials, heated to 41-44 "C, stirred well and got the elastic layer.
Anti—aging layer: the production process is the same as the elastic layer, afier preparation, added aluminum powder and stirred to obtain the anti-aging coating. The advantages of this invention are that the reaction time is reduced and the reaction rate is improved.

Anti-aging layer: the production process is the same as the elastic layer, after preparation, added aluminum powder and stirred to obtain the anti—aging coating.

Perchlorethylene waterproof coating production plant, including: tank (F101), tank (F102), feedstock pump (J 101), feedstock pump (J 102), feedstock pump (J 105), feedstock pump (J 106), reactor (D101), reactor (D103), mixing tank (D102), transfer pump (J 1 03), transfer pump (J 104), tank (F103), tank (F 104); the connection between the various components of the production plant is: tank (F101) is connected to feedstock pump (J10l), tank (F102) is connected to feedstock pump (J102), reactor (D101) is connected respectively to feedstock pump (J 101), feedstock pump (J 102) and transfer pump (J103), mixing tank (D102). is connected respectively to transfer pump (J103) and transfer pump (J 104), reactor (D103) is connected respectively to transfer pump (J 104), feedstock pump (J 105) and feedstock pump (J 106), tank (F103) is connected to feedstock pump (J 105), tank (F104) is connected to feedstock pump (J106); among them, head thickness of tank (F102) is 6-7 mm.
2. Perchlorethylene waterproof coating production plant according to claim 1 wherein inlet diameter of feedstock pump (J 105) is 170-180 mm.
3. Perchlorethylene waterproof coating production plant according to claim 1 wherein nominal volume of mixing tank (D102) is 400-500 L.
