Abstract

A cable connection unit is described, the connection unit comprising an outer container body with an access lid. A second internal chamber is provided, the internal chamber mounted on the interior surface of the access lid. Cable connections are formed within the internal chamber. Both the outer container and the internal chamber are sealed to prevent the ingress of moisture. the mounting of the internal chamber on the interior surface of the access lid allows for easy access to the contained cable connections. <Figure 1>
