Abstract

2,5-SUBSTITUTED THIADIAZOLES Novel 2,5-substituted thiadiazoles are described which are useful as minor tranquilisers/sedative-hypnotics. These compounds have the following structure: where Z is straight or branched alkyl, R1 is hydrogen, fluorine, chlorine or trifluoromethyl and R2 is hydrogen, fluorine or chlorine. [CA1050031A]
