A vacuum flask with two chambers consists of a stainless steel main body 9 with two walls; a base part 10 on which the body 9 is placed; a nozzle and handle part 8 mounted on the top part of the body 9; a cap system which allows the liquids to exit the body and consists of five pieces 1, 2, 3, 4, 5; a neck 7 in which the cap system is placed; and a lock control piece 6 which provides that the liquids can be poured.
]E100630 One of the most basic properties of the product is that the main body with two walls consists of two chambers 9a, 9b. The main body is separated into two parts with a part 9c which is connected to the body, this allows the user to put a different drink such as tea and hot water into each chamber, thus keeping the different drinks separate.
There is a base part 10 on which the main body 9 with two chambers is placed.
The cap system of the product allows that the chambers can be opened and closed separately and provides that the liquids can be poured without mixing. The cap system consists of five separate parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. The rotatable key 4 inside the system allows that the separate chambers 9a, 9b inside the body 9 can be opened and closed and the liquids in them can be poured.
In use, the two chambers 9a, 9b in the main body 9 are filled with different drinks and closed by the cap system. There are two holes 5a, 5b which open two different chambers 9a, 9b on the body part 5 of the cap system. The rotatable key 4 mounted on this part allows that the different chambers in the body are opened by rotating the key 4 with the help of key pin 3 mounted thereon and the control part 6 to which the pin is attached after moving out from the opening 6 on the body part.
When the hole 4a on the rotatable lock 4 is placed over the hole 5a on the cap body by rotating the control part 6 and thus rotating the key, the way is opened to pour the liquid from the small chamber 9a of the main body.
IETGOG30 Similarly, when the hole 4b on the rotatable key 4 is placed over the hole 5b on the cap body 5 by turning the control part 6 and thus rotating the key 4, a liquid path from the big chamber 9b in the main body 9 is opened. When the liquid path is opened, the drinks are poured outside the vacuum flask through the opening 5c on the cap body 5 and opening 7a on the neck 7. Nozzle part 8a on the nozzle and handle part 8 helps pouring the liquid smoothly by directing the flow thereof.
The cap system liquid guide 2 allows that the liquids are directed to the hole SC on the cap body 5. The top part 1 of the cap system acts as a cover on the cap system.
The cap is fitted on the neck part 7 on the main body 9.
The liquids are poured outside the thermos through sequentially opening numbered 5c on the cap body and opening numbered 7a on the neck 7.
The second embodiment of the invention will be described below, with reference to Figures 5 to 8.
A vacuum flask with double chambers consists of a stainless steel main body 26; a cap system 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 which allows pouring of liquids that have been stored in the body 26; and a container 27 integrated with the body 26, in which sugar or the like can be placed.
One of the main properties of the product is that the main body 26 consists of two chambers 26b, 26c. The main body 26 is divided into the two separate chambers 26b, 26c by means of a"1piece 26a attached to the body 26. It is therefore possible to put a different drink, such as tea or hot water, in to each chamber. There is a cell in which sugar can be placed and can be opened and closed by sliding on the lateral plane on the bottom part 27of the main body |E‘l00630 Referring now to Figures 7 and 8 in particular, there is shown the cap system 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 of the product which allows that these liquids can be poured without mixing together by providing that chambers 26b, 26c can be opened separately.
The cap system consists of five separate pieces 21, 22, 23, 24, 25. The rotatable key 24in the cap system allows that different chambers can be opened and closed.
In use, the two parts 26b and 26:: of the main body may be filled with different drinks and are closed by the cap system. There are two holes 25a, 25b which open to the two different chambers on the main body, on the bottom part of the cap system 25. The path for pouring the liquid in the small chamber 26b of the main body 26 is opened when the hole 24a on the rotatable key is placed over the hole 25a on the base of the cap by turning the rotatable key 24 mounted on this part.
Similarly, the Path for pouring the liquid in the bigger chamber 26c on the main body is opened when the hole 24b on the rotatable key is placed over the hole 25b on the base of the cap by turning the rotatable key 24 mounted on this part. When the liquid path is opened, the liquids are poured from the vacuum flask by passing through filter 23a on the main body 23 of the cap system, then through opening 22a on the liquid guide 22 and finally through gap 21a on the top cover in this sequence. The liquid guide 22 can also be referred to as a liquid collector in this embodiment.
The liquid collector part 22, over which the small hole 21b in the center of the top cover 21 of the cap system sits, allows that the liquids left on the cap are transferred to the drink chambers 26b, 26c in the main body 26. The liquid collector part 22 guides the liquid from this small hole 21b to the opening 22a by means of its slopped top surface and its slopped channel 22a and ailows that the liquids are returned to the chambers 26b, 26c in which the liquids are stored. lEiea674 It will be understood by the person skilled in the art that the term sugar may refer to a sweetener or other such sugar-replacement. It will be further understood that the container 27 is not limited to holding sugar and may be used for storing other substances.
The novelty and the advantages of the invention: - Double chamber in the main body with two walls provides that two different liquids can be held without mixing.
- By means of the cap system which allows opening and closing the product with the help of rotatable key, the liquids in different chambers can be poured from the same nozzle, without mixing.
- By means of the piece called liquid collector and the hole on the top cap of the cap system, the liquid drops left on the cap are returned to the chambers in the main body.
- This product is designed as a set consists of vacuum flasks with different volumes.
By providing that only one cap system adapts to the main bodies with different sizes, vacuum flasks with different volumes can be obtained by just changing main body. This modular characteristic of the vacuum flask set provides ease on production and great advantage in costs.
