Abstract
The figure 1 shows the simplicity of the system: (1) = insulated cabinet; (2) hole to feet in the radiator; (3) water/air radiator; (4) electric fan; (5) air filter; (6) hot water pipe coming in; (7) cooled water going back to the engine; (8) wter safety tap. The figure N. 2 show the eclectic control panels component for a 2 separated and independent heating cabinet: (1) on/off lights; (2) fan speed switch from speed 1 to speed 2; (3) thermostat; (4) fuses.
Description
This is a product designed in the most appropriate manner, to resolve the problem that arises from ensuring that ed to the costumers home still hot.
At present, this service already exists through the use of insulated thermal containers, preheated, but without effective results, as they suffer an unavoidable drop in temperature during the transport of the food. Therefore for contingent reasons, it is not possible to continue - in 1he proper way - to feed heat to these containers.
dfi The solution therefore applied, is carried out through:
1. a system that as the capacity to heat the containers without any limitations, during the time the vehicle is either driving or while parked;
2. if the vehicle's engine is switched on, one can even reach a is temperature of 80° C; and also, while engine is off, for up to two hours afterwards, one can still maintain a temperature of 50° C;
3. energy costs used are next to zero, as it is taking from the water cooling circuit which has to be cooled down however;
4. the installation is of total simplicity and does not require any maintenance;
IE Ο 9 03 6 7
. it offers at highle reliable service;
6. it can be fitted into any motor-car or motor-cycle that has a cooling down system carried out by liquid form;
7. the basic concept of the components can be chosen through a vast is series of pre-existing commercial models;
8. the contest of this product is completely within hygiene regulations.
Claims (1)
- Claims W> The inventor is seeking to protect the idea to use the hot water coming from the engine, to heat an insulated cabinet in the manner to reach the proper temperature to keep food hot, while it’s delivered to the final costumer. The contest of this product is completely within hygiene regulations, energy its costs used are next to zero.
