(all wt.%): 50-90 Feed premix acidified by fermented whey or fermented whey concentrate (component A); 5-35 Hydrolysed soya-flour (component B) acidified with fermented whey or whey concentrate:e; and 4-15 Malto-dextrin (component C) soured with fermented whey or whey concentrate. - This lactic acid rich feed mix of high biological value is simple to prepare, does not necessitate ultrafiltration and contains high proportion of inexpensive whey
