Abstract
A speciality beverage to aid digestion and improve the sense of well being is prepd. by the extraction of celeriac with apple-brandy. Following taste enhancing ingredients are also added: sugar, tinctures of angelica and saffron, cinnamon oil, and vanillin. The mixt. is aged for at least three months.
