Abstract
Prepn of a cold soluble sauce powder. Based on a total of 100 pts sauce powder the prepn contains (all pts.): 30-45 milk protein or yoghurt powder, contg. 68% milk proteins. 30-45 egg-yolk powder 5-10 carboxymethyl-starch or cellulose or ultra-amylopection 7-15 pts saccharose, dextrose, or substituting these, fructose, sorbitol, saccharin or mannitol and sufficient spices or spices-extracts, vegetable colours, 0-5 citric, tartaric or malic acid.
