Abstract
In the prepn. of impact-resistant block copolymer polyamides, lactacus with 7-13 members are subjected, at 135-145 deg.C, to ionic polymerisation using an alkaline catalyst and in the presence of 0.5-10 wt.% based on lactanic wt) of a telogenic polymer of formula (1). R1 underfined gp.; R2 = dentical or dissimilar satd. or unsatd. ring-forming alkyl or aryl gps. Aryl gps. may be substd. by one or several halogen atoms. n 0 3 pref. 0.7, m = integer. 1-5; pref 2.
