Abstract
Two alternative methods are proposed:- (A) during prepn. of the egg liquid extracts the lisosime adhering to the shell is dissolved, in some cases it is concentrated, and added to the extract. (B) A preservative is added to the egg liquid extract, which in some cases may be concentrated. Sugar and salt are also added.
