Abstract

The prods. made from slaughter house byprods. pre-digested with enzymes contain 20-50 wt.% ox belly, 0-25 wt.% dryed coagulated ox blood, 20-50 wt.% animal protein flour, 10-50 wt.% cereal grist and 0.5-8.0 wt.% mineral complement. The prods. are digestible to 85%, the digestability can be improved with the addn. of ground feathers predigested with surfactant and/or enzymes.
