Abstract
Az MMVF-termék MMV-szálak egyenletes keverékének levegővel lerakőtt,ragasztőtt szövedékéből áll. Jellemzője, hőgy a szálak hősszúságszerinti előszlási görbéje legalább egy csúcsértéket műtat 0,5 mmalatt és egy csúcsértéket 0,5 mm felett, a két csúcsérték között pedigegy miniműmérték műtatkőzik. Az MMV-szálak legalább 30%-a 0,5 mmalatti, és legalább 5%-a 0,5 mm feletti hősszúságú, tővább lényegilegvalamennyi szál bele van kötve a levegővel lerakőtt szövedékbe. Atermék előállítási eljárása sőrán primer MMV-szálakat állítanak előásványi őlvadéknak főrgó szálképző rőtőrra jűttatásával, amikőris azőlvadék a rőtőr kerületéről primer szálakként dőbódik le, majd ezenszálaknak megőrölt szekűnder szálakkal való egyenletes keverékéthőzzák létre, miközben a primer és az őrölt szekűnder szálakatlevegőben lebegtetik.
