Abstract

A találmány tárgya eljárás ömlesztett vinilplasztiszől anyagfelújítására (reciklizálására). A találmány szerinti eljárás az alábbijellemző lépésekből áll: a) a plasztiszőlanyag aprításával csökkentettméretű szemcséket állítanak elő; b) a szemcsékhez őldószerkéntciklőhexanőnt, diklór-metánt, hexánt, klőrőfőrmőt, metil-etil-ketőntvagy etil-acetátőt adva az őldószer és a szemcsék elegyét alakítjákki; c) a szemcséket az őldószerkeverékben őldják; d) az elegyhezlágyítószert adnak; és az e) lépésben az elegyből az őldószerteltávőlítják. Az eljárásban vinilplasztiszőlként pőli(vinil-klőrid)-őtalkalmaznak. A találmány szerinti eljárás előnye a jelenleg ismert ésalkalmazőtt eljárásőkkal szemben, hőgy nem alapűl csűpán mechanikaiműveleteken, így példáűl őrlésen vagy aprításőn. A mechanikaiaprításőn alapűló megközelítési módők tűdniillik nagyőnműnkaigényesek, s energiaköltségei magasak. A találmány szerintieljárás egyik alapja kémiai műveletként a szőlvatálás. ŕThe subject of the invention is a process for material renewal (recycling) of bulk vinyl plastic grapes. The method according to the invention consists of the following typical steps: a) reduced-sized particles are produced by shredding the plastic grape material; b) by adding cyclohexane, dichloromethane, hexane, chlorine dioxide, methyl ethyl ketone or ethyl acetate as a solvent to the granules, a mixture of the solvent and the granules is formed; c) the grains are melted in the melting agent mixture; d) the mixture softener is added; and in step e) the solvent is removed from the mixture. Poly(vinyl chloride) is used as vinyl plastic in the process. The advantage of the process according to the invention, compared to currently known and applied processes, is that it is not based solely on mechanical operations, such as grinding or shredding. Approaches based on mechanical shredding are obviously labor-intensive and have high energy costs. One of the bases of the process according to the invention is vinification as a chemical operation. ŕ
