Abstract

A találmány tárgya új eljárás az ismert (I) képletű (1R,2S,4R)-(-)-N,N-(dimetilaminon-etoxi)-2-fenil-1,7,7-trimetil-biciklo[2.2.1] heptánés gyógyászatilag alkalmas savaddíciós sói előállítására, azzaljellemezve, hogy a (III) képletű (1R,2S,4R)-(-)-2-fenil-1,7,7-trimetil-biciklo[2.2.1]heptán-2-ol alkálifémsóját valamely 2-halogén-N,N-dimetil-acet-amiddal reagáltatják, majd a kapott (V) képletű(1R,2S,4R)-(-)-N,N-dimetil-(-2-fenil-1,7,7-trimetil-biciklo-[2.2.1]hept-2-il)-oxi-acetamidot redukálják. Az (I) képletű vegyületanxiolitikus hatású ismert gyógyászati hatóanyag. A találmány szerintieljárás előnye, hogy ipari méretekben is egyszerűen megvalósítható,könnyen tisztítható, kristályos új (V) általános képletű, utolsóközbenső terméken keresztül játszódik le és kiváló kitermeléssel nagytisztaságú terméket szolgáltat. Ez a köztitermék is a találmánytárgyát képezi. Ó
