Abstract

A találmány csirkék fertőző betegségei, elsősőrban fertőzőbűrsitis (gűmbőrői betegség) elleni DNS-vakcinákra vőnatkőzik. ŕ The invention is based on DNA vaccines against infectious diseases of chickens, primarily infectious bursitis (fungal skin disease). The active ingredient of the DNA vaccine is a recombinant plasmid vector, which contains DNA sequences encoding IBDV VP-VP4-VP3 antigens, functionally linked with eukaryotic regulatory elements that ensure efficient gene expression in animal cells. The invention further relates to new recombinant plasmid vectors and their use for chicken immunization and the production of DNA vaccines. The invention further discusses a new method for the purification of plasmid DNA. ŕ
