Abstract
A javasolt szerkezet (1) folyékony, folyóképes és/vagy képlékenytermék (T) tárolására és nyomógázzal történő kiadagolására való.Palackja (2) és ennek nyakrészéhez (4) csatlakoztatható adagolófeje(3) van. A palackban (2) a tárolandó és kiadagolandó terméket (T)befogadó termékkamra (13) és nyomógáz-kamra (21) van kialakítva, ésezek között dugattyú (14) van elrendezve. Lényege, hogy a palack (2)belső terében - előnyösen koncentrikusan - belső hüvely (12) vanelrendezve, ennek belső terében van a termékkamra (13) kialakítva. Atömítő-adagoló dugattyú (14) a hüvelyben (12) van axiálisaneltolhatóan, egyik oldalával a termékkamrát (13), másik oldalávalpedig a nyomógáz-kamrát (21) határolóan ágyazva. A termékkamrát (13)befogadó hüvely (12) felső vége az adagolófejjel (3) van kapcsolatban,az alsó vége viszont legalább részben nyitott kialakítású. A nyomógáz-kamra (21) a hüvely (12) külső palásfelülete (12B) és a palack (2)belső palástja (2A) között kiképzett térből, előnyösen gyűrűtérből(GY), valamint a palack (2) hüvelymentes alsó térrészéből (2B) vankialakítva.The proposed structure (1) is for storing liquid, flowable and/or plastic product (T) and dispensing it with pressurized gas. It has a bottle (2) and a dosing head (3) that can be connected to its neck (4). A product chamber (13) and a pressure gas chamber (21) containing the product to be stored and dispensed (T) and a pressure gas chamber (21) are formed in the bottle (2), and a piston (14) is arranged between them. The point is that an inner sleeve (12) is arranged in the inner space of the bottle (2), preferably concentrically, and the product chamber (13) is formed in its inner space. The sealing-dispensing piston (14) is embedded in the sleeve (12) in an axially displaceable way, with one side bordering the product chamber (13) and the other side the pressure gas chamber (21). The upper end of the sleeve (12) containing the product chamber (13) is connected to the dosing head (3), while the lower end is at least partially open. The compressed gas chamber (21) consists of the space formed between the outer casing surface (12B) of the sleeve (12) and the inner casing (2A) of the bottle (2), preferably an annular space (GY), and the lower part of the bottle (2) without a sleeve (2B) is designed.
