Abstract

A köpenytérben (3) a köpenytértől (3) elszigetelt,második közeg vezetésére szolgáló legalább egy közegjárat (19) vanelrendezve, továbbá a közegjáratnak (19) a köpenytéren (3) kívülrenyíló bemenete (15) és kimenete (16) van. A véglapok (8) között aköpenytérben (3) csavarfelületű terelőlemez (9) van elrendezve,továbbá a csavarfelületű terelőlemezen (9) legalább egy furat vankialakítva, amelyen a legalább egy közegjárat (19) át van vezetve. Atalálmány szerinti eljárás lényege, hogy az első közeget a véglapok(8) között a köpenytérben (3) elrendezett csavarfelületű terelőlemez(9) felülete (10) mentén kényszeráramoltatják, továbbá acsavarfelületű terelőlemezen (9) legalább egy furatot képeznek ki,amelyen a legalább egy közegjáratot (19) átvezetik.The subject of the invention is a heat exchange method and equipment, which is used to implement indirect heat exchange between two media of different temperatures, and the equipment has a cylindrical or columnar jacket (2), the end plates (8) closing the jacket (2) at both ends, and the jacket (2) , and has a jacket space (3) delimited by the end plates (8) with an inlet (13) for the introduction of the first medium and an outlet (14) for the discharge of the first medium. The essence of the process according to the invention is that the first medium is forced to flow between the end plates (8) along the surface (10) of the baffle plate (9) with a screw surface arranged in the jacket space (3), and at least one hole is formed on the baffle plate (9) with a screw surface, through which the at least one medium passage (19) is transferred.
