Abstract
A találmány elsőgenerációs polimer előállítására vonatkozik, amelyneksorán egy, az alábbiakat tartalmazó készítményt szabadgyököspolimerizációnak vetnek alá: - legalább ez etilén típusú telítetlenkötést tartalmazó monomer; - egy szabadgyökforrás, - legalább egy (IA)vagy (IB) általános képletű (I) jelű vegyület, - egy (II) általánosképletű vegyület, a képletekben R1 jelentése alkil-, acil-, aril-,aralkil-, alkén- vagy alkincsoport, telített, telítetlen vagy aromáskarbociklus vagy heterociklus vagy polimerlánc, Z és Z1 jelentéseazonosan vagy különbözően alkil-, acil-, aril-, aralkil-, alkén- vagyalkincsoport vagy telített, telítetlen vagy aromás karbociklus vagyheterociklus, amely helyettesítve lehet, - OR2 általános képletűcsoport, - NR3R4 általános képletű csoport, p értéke 1 vagy 1-nélnagyobb egész szám. A találmány kiterjed egy N-edik generációs blokk-kopolimer szabadgyökös polimerizációval történő előállítására is,amelynek során egy elsőgenerációs polimer képződik: - legalább egyetilén típusú telítetlen kötést tartalmazó monomer, - egyszabadgyökforrás, - legalább egy (IA) vagy (IB) általános képletű (I)jelű vegyületület, N-1 számú további szabadgyökös polimerizációslépést hajtanak végre, mindegyik lépést az alábbi összetételűkészítmény alkalmazásával végzik: - legalább egy etilén típusútelítetlen kötést tartalmazó monomer, - egy szabadgyök-forrás, és - azelőző polimerizációs lépésben előállított polimer, ahol olyan etiléntípusú telítetlen monomer(eke)t használnak, amelyből az ezen lépésbenképződő blokk tulajdonságaiban eltérnek az előző lépésben képződöttblokkétól, és az első polimerizációs lépést és/vagy a következőpolimerizációs lépést legalább egy (II) képletű vegyület jelenlétébenvégzik. A találmány kiterjed továbbá a fenti eljárásokkal előállítottpolimer készítményekre.
