Abstract
A találmány eljárás forrás-ürítés elven transzgenikus magvak tárolttartalékai átalakítására egy vagy több kívánt génterméket tartalmazókompozícióvá, a csírázás alatt de novo szintézissel előállítva,melynél a csírázást az úgynevezett de novo szintézis letörése előttmegállítják, és a kompozíciót előrehaladó folyamattal vagy anélkülnyerik ki. Jellegzetessége, hogy az eljárásban, amelyben a kívánt géntermék egy heterogén protein, a következő műveleteket hajtják végre:(a) transzgenikus kétszikű növényt nevelnek, amelynek egy, a csírázásalatt indukálódó, a kiindulási anyag tárolható belső forrásátlétrehozó expressziós rendszere van, a kiindulási anyagottranszgenikus kétszikű magvakként takarítják be, melyekben szabályosszekvenciákból kiválasztott szabályos szekvenciákat tartalmazóexpressziós rendszerek vannak, és ezek segítségével a csírázó magszikleveleiben magas expressziós szintet valósítanak meg, (b) az egyvagy több expressziós rendszert tartalmazó transzgenikus kétszikűmagot csírázás végett a növény genomjába helyezve érintkezésbe hozzáka körülvevő közeggel, a csírázás alatt a kiindulási anyag belsőforrását mobilizálják, és így expressziós rendszert állítanak elő, (c)az egy vagy több kívánt heterogén protein de novo szintéziséhez anövényi genomba integrált expressziós rendszert betakarítják, és azt akiindulási anyag belső forrásából a (b) lépés szerint mobilizálják,ami által csírázásban lévő kétszikű magot vagy fiatal növényttartalmazó kompozíciót hoznak létre. A találmányhoz tartozik még amagból származtatott kompozíció, amely kétszikű magvakból nyerhető.Jellegzetessége, hogy a kompozíció alapvetően szennyeződésmentes, éskétszikű mag vagy fiatal növény szikleveleiben szintetizált egy vagytöbb heterogén proteint tartalmaz.
