A találmány tárgya szerkezet belső égésű dugattyús motor szelepe (2)löketének változtatására 0-lökettől a névleges löket közötti bármelyértékre, amelynél szelepmozgató bütyköstengely (27) van, amelynek abütyke (28) egykarú szelepemelő (19) érintkező felületével (24) állállandó érintkezésben, az egykarú szelepemelő (19) elmozdulásmentescsapon (23) van ágyazva egyik végénél, a másik, elforduló végénlengőcsap (9) van elrendezve, mely az elmozdulásmentes csappal (23)párhuzamos tengelyű, amelyen lengő emelőkar (6) egyik vége vanágyazva, másik végén a mozgatott szelep (2) szárára (4) felfekvőnyomófelütet (7) van kiképezve.
