Jelen találmány a bioaktív anyagok (étrendkiegészítők, gyógyszerek ésgyógyhatású anyagok) összetételeit, formáját és emberi szervezetbevaló bevitelük új módszerét írja le. A találmány a nanoemulziókhatóanyagszállító rendszerként való alkalmazásának, valamint aszájüreg nyálkahártyáján keresztüli felszívódás módszerénekkombinációja. A nanoemulzió egyaránt tartalmaz vízben és zsírbanoldódó bioaktív anyagokat, melyek a hagyományos emulgeálószerek nélkülis stabil oldatot alkotnak. A heterogén oldat zsír- ésvízrészecskéinek két fázisra való szétválását tisztán természetesfoszfolipidek hozzáadása akadályozza meg. The invention is a combination of the use of nanoemulsion as an active agent delivery system and the method of absorption through the oral mucosa. The nanoemulsion contains both water- and fat-soluble bioactive substances, which form a stable solution without traditional emulsifiers. The separation of the fat and water particles of the heterogeneous solution into two phases is prevented by the addition of purely natural phospholipids. The nanoemulsion, consisting of particles with an average diameter of 0.00005-0.0001 mm, is blown into the oral cavity through a mechanical spray nozzle, then absorbed by the mucous membrane of the mouth, enters the bloodstream and is used in the body.
