Abstract

A találmány tárgya egyrészről eljárás futógörgő előállítására, melyneklényege, hogy a futógörgőt egy hőre lágyuló műgyanta anyagból levődobbal látjuk el oly módon, hogy végei a zárósapkákon túlnyúljanak, afutógörgőt végeivel egymáshoz képest állítható fűtött présfejek (6)közé helyezik és a présfejeket nyomás alatt egymás felé mozgatva a dobvégeit meglágyítják és behajlítják, és rögzítik a végeket a zárósapkákfölött. Az eljárás megvalósítására szolgáló berendezés lényege az,hogy egy állványa (1) van, amely egy pár tengelyirányban egymáshozbeállított gyámot (2, 3) hordoz, a gyámok (2, 3) egymással szembenálló, villamosan fűtött présfejeket tartanak, melyek közül legalább azegyik a másikhoz képest tengelyirányban állítható.
