Abstract

A találmány tárgya elsősorban mezőgazdasági traktorokhoz, nagysebességű és nagy teherbírású gépjárművekhez, nagy terhelésűszállítószalagokhoz használatos csúszásmentes gumiheveder (1),amelynek gumi anyagába fémből készült meghajtó elemek (2) vannakbeágyazva, amelyeknek célszerűen szimmetrikus kialakítása folytán aközépső része, összekötőszára el van lapítva és a gumiheveder (1)anyagából kinyúló kialakítása van. Más kialakítási változatánál azösszekötő szár két végén teherhordó görgők vannak és/vagy az összekötőszár két végén illeszkedő, fogprofil alakú áthidaló kengyele van.Ismét más kialakításánál két vagy több összekötő szárának a két végéreillesztkedő, az összekötő szárakat egybefogó szögemelője van,célszerűen a szögemelők középső részét összekötő és csavarokkalhatárolt hajtó csappal és ezen csapokra elfordíthatóan illeszkedő, agumiheveder (1) szélességét túllépő hosszúságú hajtási görgői vannak.A találmány szerinti csúszásmentes gumiheveder (1) gumi anyagába azellapított összekötőszárra ráfonódó acélhuzal hálója van, és ezen hálóacélhuzalainak befogadására az ellapított összekötőszárbabesüllyesztett nutok vannak kialakítva. A találmány nem csak arajzokon ábrázolt, hanem attól eltérő, szilárd elemekkelcsúszásmentesített gumihevederek bármely alkalmazására is vonatkozik.
