Abstract

A találmány új, (I) általános képletű amino-alkohol-származékokra ésezek sóira vonatkozik, amelyek képletében valamennyi helyettesítőjelentése az alábbiakban megadott és amely vegyületek szelektívszimpatomimetikus, fekélyellenes, hasnyálmirigy-gyulladást gátló,lipolitikus, vizelet inkontinenciát gátló és gyakori vizelési ingertcsökkentő (anti-pollakiuriás) hatással rendelkeznek. A találmánytárgyát képezi továbbá az ilyen vegyületek előállítására szolgálóeljárás, az ilyen vegyületeket tartalmazó gyógyszerkészítmények,valamint emberben és állatokban a leírásban megadott betegségekkezelésére és/vagy megelőzésére alkalmas eljárás. A jelentéseheterociklusos csoport vagy arilcsoport, amelyek adott esetbenhelyettesítve lehetnek; -X- jelentése kötés, -CH2-, -CH2-CH2-, -NH-CH2-, -O-CH2-, -S-CH2- -SO-CH2- vagy -SO2-CH2-csoport; -Y jelentése -CR11csoport (amelyben R11 jelentése hidrogénatom, hidroxi-, kisszénatomszámú alkoxi- vagy acil-oxi-csoport); és -Z- jelentése -(CH2)n-CR6R7-(CH2)m-CR8R9-(CH2)k-, (a) általános képletű csoport, -CH2-Q-(CH2)m-, (b) általános képletű csoport, -(CH2)n-CH=CH-(CH2)m-vagy -(CH2)n-C?C-(CH2)m-csoport, amelyekben Q jelentése -O-, -S-, -SO-, -SO2-, -NR10-, -CO-, -CO-NR10-, -CHR11-CO-NR10-, -CHR11-CH2-NR10-, -SO2-NR10-, -NR10-SO2-, vagy -NR10- csoport, amelyben R10jelentése hidrogénatom vagy kis szénatomszámú alkilcsoport; és R11jelentése kis szénatomszámú alkilcsoport; R6, R7, R8 és R9 jelentéseegymástól függetlenül hidrogénatom, hidroxi-, kis szénatomszámúalkil-, kis szénatomszámú alkenil-, kis szénatomszámú alkoxi-, (kisszénatomszámú alkoxi)-(kis szénatomszámú alkil)- vagy arilcsoport,amely 1-3 kis szénatomszámú alkoxicsoporttal lehet helyettesítve; n, més k értéke egymástól függetlenül 0-6, p értéke 0-4, q értéke 1-4 és rértéke 2-7 és -Z-Y jelentése -(CH2)i-CH=C (amelyben I értéke 0-6közötti); R1 jelentése hidrogénatom vagy amino-védőcsoport, R2, R3, R4és R5 jelentése egymástól függetlenül hidrogénatom, kis szénatomszámúalkil-, kis szénatomszámú alkil-tio-, kis szénatomszámú alkil-szulfonil-, hidroxi-, kis szénatomszámú alkoxi-, amino-, kisszénatomszámú alkil-amino-, acil-amino-, N-(kis szénatomszámú alkil)-acil-amino-, karboxi-, (kis szénatomszámú alkoxi)-karbonil-csoport,adott esetben egy vagy több kis szénatomszámú alkil-, hidroxi-(kisszénatomszámú alkil)-, (kis szénatomszámú alkil)-, (kis szénatomszámúalkoxi)-karbonil-(kis szénatomszámú alkil)-csoporttal helyettesítettkarbamoilcsoport.
