Abstract

A találmány tárgyát aldóz reduktáz homológ fehérjét fokozott mértékbentermelő, különböző eredetű stresszhatásokkal szemben egyarántfokozottan ellenálló - előnyösen transzgenikus - növényi sejtek,szaporító anyagok, növényi részek és növények képezik. A találmánytárgyát képezik továbbá aldóz reduktáz homológ fehérjeexpresszáltatására alkalmas DNS-molekulák, vektorok és eljárások aldózreduktáz homológ fehérjét túltermelő növényi sejtek előállítására. Atalálmány szerinti megoldás alkalmas termesztett növényeket érőbiotikus és abiotikus károsító hatások okozta veszteségekmérséklésére, és ezáltal a termésbiztonság fokozására. Ó
