Abstract
A találmány tárgya folyamatos titrálóeljárás, amelynek egyikváltozatánál tesztkeverék legalább egy vegyületének legalább egyparaméterét a tesztkeverék legalább egy összetevője koncentrációjánakfolytonos változtatása mellett követik nyomon, ahol legalább kétfolyadékfázisú összetevőáramot egymással folyamatosan elegyítvetesztkeverék áramot hoznak létre, amit ezután spektrofotometrikusdetektálási tartományon vezetnek keresztül, míg egy másik változatánáltesztvegyületet tartalmazó, áramló folyadékáramot legalább egy továbbiáramló folyadékárammal elegyítve tesztkeverék áramot hoznak létre,amit ezután spektrofotometrikus detektálási tartományon vezetnekkeresztül, amely tartományban a tesztvegyület legalább egy fizikaivagy kémiai paraméteréhez kapcsolódó mérési adatokat gyűjtenek.Emellett a találmány tárgya még az eljárás foganatosítására szolgálóanalitikai berendezés is. A folyamatos titrálóeljárás egyikváltozatának lényege, hogy a tesztkeverék áramot alkotóösszetevőáramok közül legalább két összetevőáram egymáshozviszonyított térfogatarányát a tesztkeveréket alkotó összetevőáramokegymáshoz viszonyított részarányainak módosításával az időfüggvényében folytonosan és lineárisan változtatják, miközben atesztkeverék áram össztérfogatát állandó értéken tartják. A folyamatostitrálóeljárás másik változatának lényege, hogy a tesztkeverék áramota spektrofotometrikus detektálási tartományon állandó áramlásisebességgel vezetik keresztül, továbbá a tesztkeverék áramot alkotóáramló folyadékáramok közül legalább két folyadékáram áramlásisebességét az idő függvényében folytonosan és lineárisan változtatják.Az analitikai berendezés lényege, hogy tartalmaz közös csatornávalközlekedő legalább két beömlőnyílást; kimenettel, valamint a közöscsatornával közlekedő bemenettel ellátott detektálási tartományt; adetektálási tartományon átáramló folyadékfázist nyomon követő és annaklegalább egy kémiai vagy fizikai jellemzőjével kapcsolatos mérésiadatot szolgáltató spektrofotometrikus detektort; továbbá abeömlőnyílásokhoz csatlakoztatott és azokon keresztül a közöscsatornába juttatott folyadékfázisok egymáshoz viszonyítottmennyiségeivel a közös csatornában áramló folyadékáram összetételétidőben folytonosan és lineárisan változtató kialakítású szabályozóelemet.
