A találmány tárgya egyrészt egy berendezés, amely televízió- vagyrádióprogram, vagy adatfájl vételére használt vevő és dekódolóberendezést, továbbá egy felhasználó hitelkártyájával vagybankkártyájával interaktív módon együttműködő eszközt tartalmaz ahitelkártyán, vagy bankkártyán tárolt hitel vagy banki információolvasására, egy, az eszköztől különálló, a felhasználóhitelkártyájával vagy bankkártyájával az azon tárolt információkiolvasására interaktív módon együttműködő további eszközzel. Atalálmány tárgya másrészt egy vevő és dekódoló berendezés digitálisműholdas televízió rendszerben történő alkalmazásra, amely egydekódert, egy mikroprocesszort hordozó hitelkártya vagy bankkártyabehelyezésére szolgáló eszközt, a hitelkártya vagy bankkártya vevő ésdekódoló berendezésben egy operatív helyzetben történő elrendezéseesetén a hitelkártya vagy bankkártya által hordozott adatokkiolvasása, valamint a hitelkártyán vagy bankkártyán lévőmikroprocesszor részére adatok bevitele céljából a mikroprocesszorralinteraktív módon együttműködő eszközt, továbbá egy programozhatócsipkártyát (smartcard) a vevő és dekódoló berendezésbe beillesztőeszközt tartalmaz. A programozható csipkártyának a felhasználó által avevő és dekódoló berendezésbe történő behelyezése a csipkártya számárainteraktív együttműködést engedélyez a vevő és dekódoló berendezéseszközeivel, és a felhasználó által kiválasztott termék a vevő ésdekódoló berendezésbe továbbítható, és a vevő és dekódolóberendezésből egy, azzal összekapcsolt televíziókészülékbe vagyszemélyi számítógépbe továbbítható.
