The length (L) of the stem (32) is at least equal to the radius (R) of the clamp in its clamped state. The stem (32) is loosely inserted into the holes (12', 14') of the feet (12, 22). The connecting elements (14, 24) can be combined in order to bring the ends of the half-shells (10; 20) together or separate them, to keep these ends apart from each other, while the stem (32) of the screw (30) is in the holes (12', 14') remains in place.
