Abstract
Atalálmány tárgya vízmelegítő, amelynek egy égéskamrája, valamintégéslevegő-bemenete és füstgázkimenete van. Atalálmány szerintivízmelegítőre az jellemző, hogy tartalmaz a) egy elosztócső-szerelvényt (16), amely egy elosztókamrát (30), egy füstgázcsonkot,egy égéslevegőcsonkot és egy égéslevegő-bevezető peremet foglalmagában, ahol a perem összeköttetésben áll az elosztókamra (30)belsején keresztül az égéslevegőcsonkkal, b) egy kombinált égéslevegő-bemeneti és füstgázkimeneti szerelvényegységet, amely egy égéslevegő-bevezető külső csőelemet és egy, a külső csőelem belsejébekoncentrikusan beépített füstgázelvezető belső csőelemet foglalmagában, ahol a külső csőelem az egyik végén az elosztókamrához (30)van csatlakoztatva, ugyanakkor a másik végén az elosztókamrához (30)van csatlakoztatva, ugyanakkor a másik végén összeköttetésben áll akörnyezető atmoszférával, míg a belső csőelem az egyik végén afüstgázcsonkhoz van csatlakoztatva, ugyanakkor a másik végén szinténösszeköttetésben áll a környező atmoszférával, c) egy léggyűjtő kamrát(44), amely a vízmelegítő tetejére van felszerelve, d) egyégéslevegőcsövet (42), amely az egyik végén az égéslevegőcsonkhoz, míga másik végén a léggyűjtő kamrához (44) van csatlakoztatva, e) egyfüstgázelvezető csövet (38), amely az egyik végén a vízmelegítőfüstgázkimenetével áll összeköttetésben, míg a másik végén afüstgázcsonkhoz van csatlakoztatva, valamint f) egy, a vízmelegítőégéskamrájába (19) az égéslevegőcsövön (42) keresztül égési levegőtbeszívó és a vízmelegítőből füstgázelvezető csövön (38) keresztülfüstgázt eltávolító ventilátort (40). The characteristic of the water heater according to the invention is that it contains a) a distribution pipe assembly (16), which includes a distribution chamber (30), a flue gas manifold, a combustion air manifold and a combustion air inlet flange, where the flange is connected through the inside of the distribution chamber (30) to the with a combustion air manifold, b) a combined combustion air inlet and flue gas outlet assembly unit, which includes an external combustion air inlet pipe element and an internal flue gas outlet pipe element installed concentrically inside the external pipe element, where the external pipe element is connected to the distribution chamber (30) at one end, while at the same time the at the other end it is connected to the distribution chamber (30), but at the same time it is connected to the surrounding atmosphere at the other end, while the inner tube element is connected to the flue gas manifold at one end, but at the same time it is also connected to the surrounding atmosphere at the other end, c) an air collection chamber (44), which is mounted on the top of the water heater, d) single combustion air pipe (42), which is connected at one end to the combustion air manifold and at the other end to the air collection chamber (44), e) single flue gas discharge pipe (38), which is connected at one end to the flue gas outlet of the water heater, while the other end is connected to a flue gas connection, and f) a fan (40) that draws combustion air into the combustion chamber (19) of the water heater through the combustion air pipe (42) and removes flue gas from the water heater through the flue gas discharge pipe (38). The subject of the invention is also a method during which the fan (40) is activated, with which combustion air is drawn into the manifold assembly (16) and from there through the combustion air pipe (42) to the combustion chamber (19) of the water heater, the combustion air is mixed with the gas burner (13 ) and the mixture is burned in the combustion chamber (19) producing heat, in addition, with the fan (40) activated, flue gases are drawn from the water heater into the flue gas discharge pipe (38), which leads the flue gases to the distribution pipe assembly (16).
