Abstract

A találmány tárgya eljárás többkomponensű elasztikus hulladékok,főként használt gumiabroncsok alkotórészeinek szelektívvisszanyerésére újrahasznosítás céljából, amelynek során az elasztikusrészeket nagynyomású folyadéksugaras forgácsolással elasztikus anyagúlisztté, főként gumilisztté aprítják, továbbá a találmány tárgyátképezi egy berendezés elasztikus anyagú liszt, főként gumilisztelőállítására az eljárás megvalósításához. A találmány lényege az,hogy az elasztikus anyagú liszt, főként gumiliszt forgácsolásosleválasztását mindegyik feldolgozandó munkadarabnál térbelikényszerpályán mozgatott nagynyomású vízsugarakkal, a munkadarabalátámasztás nélküli nyitott végoldalán egyidejű vágást és nyírástvégrehajtva, több menetben végzik, amelyek során minőség szerintkülönkülön választják le az egyes elasztikus rétegeket és ezeklisztjét fajtánként elkülönítve gyűjtik össze. Amennyiben azelasztikus hulladék gumiabroncs, azt a tisztítás után nagynyomásúvízsugárral (2000-3000 bar) három részre, mégpedig egy szalagszerűpalástelemre (A) és két körgyűrű alakú oldalelemre vágják, és az ígynyert gumiabroncsdaraboknál először kellő mélységig külön-különleválasztják az adott gumiabroncsdarab középső, kordanyagot ágyazókötőrétegét körülvevő külső és belső gumirétegét, végül a kötőrétegetis leválasztják a kordanyagról és a gumilisztként leválasztottvalamennyi gumianyagot a fajtája szerint elkülönítve gyűjtik össze. Atalálmány szerinti eljárás megvalósításához felhasználható gumiliszt-előállító berendezésre, amely 1400-2000 bar nyomású vízsugarakat (13)kibocsátó fúvókákat, hajtott munkadarab-továbbító eszközöket és ezekalatt elrendezett, a leválasztott gumilisztet a munkavízzel együttfelfogó, adott esetben forgókamrás szivattyúval (6) ellátottgyűjtőtartályt (7) tartalmaz, a találmány értelmében az jellemző, hogya fúvókák a munkadarab-továbbító eszközök felett egy vagy több sorbanegy, a munkadarab-előtolás irányára merőlegesen húzódó vízsugarasforgácsolófejben (1) vannak összefogva, amely magassági iránybanállíthatóan egy lengő és/vagy bolygó mozgást végző mozgatóegységre vanfelszerelve. The essence of the invention is that elastic material flour, mainly rubber flour, is separated by chipping for each workpiece to be processed with high-pressure water jets moved on a spatial pressure path, simultaneous cutting and shearing is carried out on the open end side of the workpiece without support, in several passes, during which the individual elastic layers are separated according to quality and their flour is separated by type are collected. If it is an aelastic waste tire, after cleaning it is cut into three parts with a high-pressure water jet (2000-3000 bar), namely a strip-like casing element (A) and two annular side elements, and for the pieces of tire obtained in this way, the middle part of the piece of tire, which surrounds the cord material surrounding the binding layer, is first separated to a sufficient depth. the outer and inner rubber layers and finally the binding layer are separated from the cord material and all the rubber material separated as rubber flour is collected separately according to its type. For the implementation of the process according to the invention, it can be used for rubber flour production equipment, which includes nozzles emitting water jets (13) at a pressure of 1400-2000 bar, driven work piece conveying devices and a collection tank (7) arranged below them, which collects the separated rubber flour together with the working water, and if necessary equipped with a rotary chamber pump (6) contains, according to the invention, the characteristic feature is that the nozzles are joined in one or more rows above the workpiece conveying devices in a water jet cutting head (1) extending perpendicularly to the direction of the workpiece advance, which is mounted on a moving unit performing swinging and/or planetary movement that can be adjusted in the height direction.
