Claims (13)
1. Szűrő víz tisztításához, amely tartalmaz (i) szemcsés anyagot tartalmazó szűrőközeget; és (ii) oligodinamikus hatású fémet vagy fémötvözetet; ahol a fém vagy fémötvözet szálakat képez, továbbá a tekintett szálak hossz/átmérő aránya 3:1 és 200:1 között van.
2. Az 1. igénypont szerinti szűrő, ahol a fém az ezüst, réz, cink, arany és alumínium alkotta csoportból van választva.
3. Az előző igénypontok bármelyike szerinti szűrő, ahol a tekintett szálak felülete barázdált.
4. Az előző igénypontok bármelyike szerinti szűrő, ahol a szálak ASTM szerinti mesh-mérete -10 és +270 között van.
5. Az előző igénypontok bármelyike szerinti szűrő, ahol a szálak átlagos hosszúsága 0,1 mm és 10 mm között van.
6. Az előző igénypontok bármelyike szerinti szűrő, ahol a szűrő 1 tömeg% és 99 tömeg% közötti mennyiségű szűrőközeget, valamint 99 tömeg% és 1 tömeg% közötti mennyiségű fémet vagy fémötvözetet tartalmaz.
7. Az előző igénypontok bármelyike szerinti szűrő, ahol a szálak réz szálak.
8. A 7. igénypont szerinti szűrő, ahol a réz szálak látszólagos sűrűsége 1,1 g/cm3 és 2,5 g/cm3 között változik.
9. Az előző igénypontok bármelyike szerinti szűrő, ahol az ötvözetet sárgaréz vagy bronz képezi.
10. Az előző igénypontok bármelyike szerinti szűrő, ahol a szűrő kötőanyagot tartalmaz.
11. Az előző igénypontok bármelyike szerinti szűrő, ahol a szűrőközeg az aktívszén, kovaföld, homok, agyag, aktivált alumínium-oxid és kerámia alkotta csoportból van választva.
12. Víztisztító eszköz, amely 1. igénypont szerinti szűrőt tartalmaz.
13. Eljárás szűrő készítésére, amelynél (i) keverékképzéséhez szemcsés anyagot tartalmazó szűrőközeget 3:1 és 200:1 között lévő hossz/átmérő aránnyal jellemzett szálak formájában biztosított, oligodinamikus hatású fémmel vagy fémötvözettel, valamint kötőanyaggal alaposan összekeverünk; (ii) a keveréket vibrációs tömörítőgépben tömörítjük; (iii) a keveréket kívánt alakú és méretű szerszámban legfeljebb 20 kg/cm2 nyomást alkalmazva tovább tömörítjük; (iv) a szerszámot kiválasztott hőmérséklettartományba hevítjük; és (v) a szűrő eltávolításához a szerszámot lehűtjük.
