The new TC hybrid is primarily excellent silage maize. Due to its early ripening, it can be cultivated especially in the northern parts of the country and in the northern countries.

The Szeged TC 274 corn hybrid is similar to the Szeged TC 277 hybrid. The two hybrids differ sufficiently in color of the stigma, in the anthocyanin of the leafy pod of the young plant and in the number of branches.

The TC 294 maize hybrid of Szeged is a hybrid with a rapid onset, cold tolerance, early maturity (FAO number 290) and high dry matter yield, which is mainly grown as silage maize.
