Description
A találmány tárgya szűrőkészülék folyamatos öblítéssel és nyomásszabályozó-szeleppel, főleg mezőgazdasági növényvédőgépekhez, amelynek bemeneti tere egyik oldalán tápvezetékkel és másik oldalán vezetéken át tartállyal, további kimeneti te- 5 re szórófejek tápvezetékével van összekapcsolva.FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a filter device with continuous rinsing and pressure control valve, particularly for agricultural crop protection machines, which has an inlet space connected to a supply line on one side and a reservoir on the other side via a supply line for nozzles.
Ismeretes szűrőkészülék öblítéssel és nyomászszabályozó-szeleppel, főleg mezőgazdasági növényvédőgépekhez, az .AGROTECHNIK” (NSZK, 1986május, 38-39. oldal) című folyóiratból, amely- 10 nek bemeneti tere egyik oldalán tápvezetékkel és másik oldalán vezetéken át tartállyal, továbbá kimeneti tere szórófejek tápvezetőkével van összekapcsolva.Known filtration apparatus with flushing and pressure control valve, especially for agricultural crop protection machines, published in the journal .AGROTECHNIK ”(German Federal Republic, May 1986, pages 38-39) with 10 inlets on one side with a supply line and on the other side with a discharge head is connected to power supply conductors.
A megoldás hiányossága, hogy öblítése szaka- 15 szos, külső beavatkozást igényel, a szűrőkapacitás változásának szubjektív megítélése miatt nem hatékony, külön felügyeletet igényel, gazdaságtalan, többek között, mert a kényszerűen visszaáramló folyadékfelesleg energiája veszendőbe megy, mivel 20 csak nyomásesés hatására működik, így további energiaveszteséget okoz és a kívánt kapacitás fenntartása végett túlméretezést igényel. The disadvantage of the solution is that its rinsing requires periodic external intervention, is ineffective due to the subjective judgment of the change in filtration capacity, requires special supervision and is inefficient, among other things, because the energy of the forced backflow is wasted as it operates only under pressure. causes additional energy loss and requires oversizing to maintain desired capacity.
A találmány célja a fenti hiányosságok kiküszöbölése, tehát folyamatos öblítésű, hulladékenergiát 25 hasznosító, energiatakarékos, túlméretezés nélkül kialakítható, egyszerű szerkezetű és gazdaságos szűrőkészülék kialakítása.It is an object of the present invention to overcome the above shortcomings, i.e. to provide a continuous flushing, energy efficient, non-oversized, simple structure and economical filter device.
A találmány feladata olyan szűrőkészülék kialakítása, amelyből a szüremény, azaz a szennyeződés 30 még az előtt folyamatosan kikerül, hogy az lerakodna a szűrőbetétre.SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a filter device from which the harvest, i.e. the dirt, is continuously discharged before being deposited on the filter cartridge.
Rájöttünk arra, amennyiben a nyomásszabályozó-szelepet a szűrőkészülék tápvezetékkel összekötött bemeneti terének másik oldala és a tartály kö- 35 zötti vezetékben helyezzük el, akkor ezzel az egyetlen vezetékkel megoldjuk a szűrőtisztítás és a nyomásszabályozás okozta permetléfelesleg visszavezetését a tartályba, egyidejűleg a nyomásszabályozó-szelep funkciója miatti permetléfelesleg a szűrő- 40 betét tisztítását is elvégzi, tehát lecsökken a szállítandó permedé mennyisége, illetve a szükséges vezetékek száma, továbbá a nyomásszabályozószelep elhelyezése folytán önműködően, külső beavatkozás nélkül megy végbe a folyamatos tisztítás. 45It has been found that by placing the pressure control valve in a line between the other side of the inlet of the filter device connected to the supply line and the reservoir, this single line is used to return the excess spray liquid due to filter cleaning and pressure control to the tank simultaneously. Because of the excess spray liquor, the filter pad 40 is also cleaned, thus reducing the amount of spray liquid to be transported and the number of lines required, and the cleaning of the pressure control valve is carried out automatically without external intervention. 45
50The object of the present invention has been solved by the present invention wherein the pressure control valve is arranged in a line between the other side of the inlet space and the container. 50
A találmányt az alábbiakban egyik célszerű kiviteli példája kapcsán rajzon ismertetjük részletesebben. The invention will now be described in more detail with reference to an exemplary embodiment below.
Az 1. ábra a találmány szerinti szűrőkészülék vázlatosan. 55Figure 1 is a schematic diagram of the filter apparatus of the present invention. 55
The filter device according to the invention, as shown in FIG. 1, has an inlet space 1 which is connected on one side to the supply line 3 from the pump. The inlet space 1 is connected to the container 7 on the other side 7 via a conduit 8.
The filtering device according to the invention has an outlet 4 which is connected to the supply line 5 of the nozzles.
The filtering device according to the invention is separated by an inlet 1 and an outlet 4 by a filter cartridge 2.
A pressure regulating valve 6 is arranged on the line 8 between the other side of the inlet space 1 and the container.
A találmány szerinti szűrőkészülék működését az alábbiakban ismertetjük részletesebben. The operation of the filter device according to the invention will be described in more detail below.
A tartályból a szivattyú folyadékot szállít a 3 tápvezetéken keresztül a találmány szerinti szűrőkészülék bemeneti 1 terébe. From the tank, the pump conveys liquid through the supply line 3 to the inlet space 1 of the filter apparatus of the invention. A portion of the liquid flows through the filter cartridge 2, so that it is filtered and passed through the supply line 5 to the nozzles and sprayed.
The excess liquid flows back continuously through the pressure control valve 6 and line 8 into the container. The liquid is in a constant flow in the inlet space 1, so that it is swirled, carried before it, that it may have deposited on the filter cartridge 2 and blocked it.
Mivel a folyadékfelesleg állandóan visszaáramlik a tartályba, ezért a 2 szűrőbetét tisztítása folyamatos és állandó, külső beavatkozás nélküli.As the excess liquid is constantly returned to the tank, the filter cartridge 2 is cleaned continuously and continuously without any external intervention.
An advantage of the filtering device according to the invention is that the pressure regulating valve 6, which is otherwise applicable, is given a dual function by placing it in a line 8 between the other side 7 of the inlet space 1 and the tank, and utilizing the otherwise continuously refluxed liquid. for continuous rinsing for transport and cleaning.
Ezáltal a találmány szerinti szűrőkészülék gazdaságos, energiatakarékos, egyszerű szerkezeti kialakítású, gazdaságosan méretezhető.Thus, the filtering device of the present invention is economical, energy efficient, simple in design and economically scalable.
