Abstract
Elektrischer Feuchtegeber mit Temperaturkompensation. Anwendungsgebiet ist die Analysenmesstechnik. In dem erfindungsgemaessen elektrischen Feuchtegeber wird der Einfluss der Temperatur des Messobjektes auf den Feuchtemesswert fehlerfrei kompensiert, ohne ein Temperaturmesselement mit seinen bekannten Nachteilen einsetzen zu muessen. Das wird damit erreicht, dass ein oder mehrere dielektrische Feuchtemesselemente in die Kette eines Phasenschieberoszillators eingesetzt werden. Damit entsteht im Oszillator ein feuchteabhaengiges frequenzanaloges elektrisches Signal. Bei Temperaturaenderungen des Messobjektes veraendern sich dessen Blind- und Wirkwiderstand gleichsinnig. Diese gleichsinnige Wirkung der Temperatur auf diese beiden Widerstandsarten wird im Phasenschieberoszillator in eine gegensinnige Wirkung auf die Oszillatorfrequenz umgewandelt.
