A találmány tárgya kör keresztmetszetű korróziógátló réteggel bevont kiegyenlítő kötél horganyzott huzalból függőleges szállításhoz.FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a balancing rope with a circular cross-section corrosion inhibitor for galvanized wire for vertical transport.
Steel ropes are often used in environments that have a corrosive effect on the rope. As a result of corrosion, the original material of the wire is reduced, thereby reducing the mechanical properties of the wire, reducing its load and reducing its service life. In extreme cases, the strength of the rope may be reduced to such an extent that it may break.
One common method of protecting rope ropes from corrosion is by covering the rope or individual strands of the rope with a protective layer. In order to enhance the corrosion inhibiting effect, it is customary to place a textile strand, which is impregnated with a protective material, inside the rope and provides continuous lubrication during operation of the rope, forming a lubricant container.
Another common way of protection is that steel wires are coated with other non-corrosive metal.
A disadvantage of the above processes is that they do not provide sufficient protection against corrosion in wet or aggressive media, since the lubricant is washed off in the wet medium, and if the coating metal is corroded in the aggressive medium, the wire remains bare.
If the wire is coated with rubber or other synthetic material against corrosion, this coating is no longer exposed to the corrosive effects of the environment.
No. 1,270,450. and 881 763; US Patent No. 4,630,125 discloses a protective method wherein the gaps between the individual rope branches are filled with protective material along the entire cross-section, and according to US Patent No. 2,630,417, each rope branch is filled with suitable material between the gaps and thereafter the rope is made.
A 2 548 162 sz. A 2 031 895 sz. NSZK szabadalmi leírás pedig olyan eljárást ismertet, ahol a kötélágak belső rétegének rései vannak szintetikus anyaggal kitöltve.No. 2,548,162. and U.S. Patent No. 2,703,670. According to the method described in US Patent No. 5,198, the slits of the rope and the surface of the rope core are coated with rubber or other synthetic material, and an additional layer of synthetic material is applied to this core, which serves as the basis for the surface of the rope branches. No. 2,031,895. In the US patent, a process is described wherein the gaps of the inner layer of the rope branches are filled with synthetic material.
Nos. 1,133,007 and 1,394,362. According to the method described in British Patent No. 4,600,600, the rope is protected by a combination of metal and synthetic material. This method is particularly advantageous for single wires or flexible wires composed of any number of fibers.
Az 1 197 329 sz. angol szabadalmi leírásban ismertetett szintetikus anyag segítségével történő védelemnél mind a kötélágak közötti rések, mindpedig a teljes kötélkeresztmetszet és felület ki van töltve, és a rétegenként egymás mellett levő kötélágak ellentétes sodrásirányúak.No. 1,197,329. For example, in the case of synthetic material described in British Patent No. 6,198, both the gaps between the rope branches and the entire rope cross-section and surface are filled, and the rope branches adjacent to each other in opposite layers are reversed.
A similar solution is disclosed in U.S. Patent No. 3,979,896. Also described, where the space between the cables is also completely filled with lubricant and the lubricant is surrounded by an outer plastic layer.
No. 455,579. Swiss Patent Specification discloses a protective coating wherein the cable is first coated with a glass fiber and then with an outer fabric protective layer and finally with a cold-hardening acrylic resin, and the essence of the invention is that the inner cover is made of non-woven fiberglass. In this solution, the focus is on the fiberglass coating, not to mention the complexity of the process.
If only the inner parts of the rope are protected (rope core or inner layers of rope branches), the unprotected part of the rope is still exposed to the corrosion of the environment.
Az ismertetett eljárások mind olyan védelmet alkalmaznak, amelyeket a kötél készítése során kell a kötélre felvinni, ami a kötelet előállító berendezéssel szemben fokozott követelményeket támaszt. The methods described all employ the protection that must be applied to the rope during rope making, which places increased demands on the rope-producing equipment.
The above drawbacks are overcome by the use of a circular cross-section balancing rope with a corrosion protection according to the invention for vertical transport, which consists in applying a layer of elastic, corrosion-resistant material along its entire length which does not fill the gaps between the ropes. forming a sheath on the surface of the rope, the inner surface of which layer is joined to the surface of the rope. An additional layer of less than 1 mm of any material may be applied between the protective layer and the rope, the protective layer being applied to the rope once the rope is made.
A protective cover applied to the surface of the rope, which forms a closed sleeve along the entire length of the rope, protects both the surface of the rope and the inside of the rope from corrosion, thus protecting the entire length of the rope. In the protective layer, the rope can move either longitudinally or transversely, which occurs under load and lifting, and the movement of the rope is not impeded by the protective layer. This protective method can be applied to any rope and can be applied to the rope once it has been made, so that the protective layer producing device does not have to be where the rope is made, thus reducing the requirements for this device and extending this method of rope protection. will also be applicable.
The balancing rope can also be used in explosive atmospheres, provided it has the required conductivity, either by preventing the protective layer from forming or charging the charge.
The appropriate rope may be coated with a layer of paper or synthetic material prior to coating with the protective material so that the protective sleeve of the balancing rope is of the desired shape and thickness. This prevents the material of the protective sleeve from penetrating into the gaps between the rope branches, so that the protective sleeve is of uniform thickness along the length and circumference of the leveling stone.
