Abstract
Bijeli polietilenski master batch za bojenje polietilena u masi, karakteriziran time, da je osnovni pigment za kvalitetno i intenzivno bojenje, polietilena u bijelo, je titanovo bijelilo (titan dioksid). Titan dioksid za bojenje polietilena treba biti obrađen za bojenje plastičnih masa i u svakom slučaju mora biti ne toksičan. Titan dioksid je sam po sebi ne toksičan, međutim pozornost treba obratiti na obradu. Nosač pigmenta u našim redovima je isključivo polietilen niske gustoće, a za razne primjene i razni MFi. Kvalitetno obrađen Kalcij karbonat veoma je pogodno punilo (dodatak) u bijelom master batchu za polietilen i koristimo ga zapoboljšanje disperzije i pojeftinjenje master batcha. Određena količina polietilen voska može se upotrijebiti kao nosač i u manjim količinama nema utjecaja na mehanička svojstva polietilena koji se boji.Patent sadrži još 9 patentnih zahtjeva.White polyethylene master batch for dyeing polyethylene in mass, characterized in that the basic pigment for quality and intensive dyeing, polyethylene to white, is titanium bleach (titanium dioxide).
