Abstract

Rješenjem prema izumu postiže se ekološko zbrinjavanje gnojiva brojlera postupkom dobijanja granuliranog gnojiva brojlera čija svojstva te odlaganje kao i primjena na poljoprivrednim površinama omogućavaju zadovoljavanje izuzetno preciznih, opsežnih i strogih ekoloških propisa i normi. Kod rješenja prema izumu, za stelju se pri uzgoju i tovu brojlera, koristi suhi oklasak kukuruza (dio klipa kukuruza u kome su usađena zrna), usitnjen do veličine oko 6 mm, čemu se dodaje mineral zeolita granulacije oko 50 ?m. Rahla konzistencija ove vrste stelje upije svu vlagu i tekuće izlučevina brojlera i omata se pastoznim gnojem tako da nastalo gnojivo nije u tekućem stanju, nego u obliku granula raznolikih oblika i veličina te određenog stupnja vlažnosti. Ovako nastalo gnojivo u obliku granulata suši se u rotacionoj bubnjastoj sušari te tako dobijeno gnojivo, primjerice u obliku granula s oko 15 % vlage, može se pakirati u vreće i skladištiti do otpreme. U slučaju potrebe za pripremu specijalnih namjenskih gnojiva moguće je umješavati odgovarajuće dodatne komponente. Ovim postupkom dobijanja gnojiva uzgojem brojlera postiže se ekološko zbrinjavanje gnojiva brojlera potpuno bez štetnog utjecaja na okoliš.The solution according to the invention achieves the ecological disposal of broiler fertilizer by the production of granulated broiler fertilizer whose properties as well as its application on agricultural land make it possible to satisfy extremely precise, comprehensive and strict environmental regulations and standards. In the solution according to the invention, the dry litter of maize (part of the corn kernel in which the grains are planted), ground to a size of about 6 mm, is added to the litter for growing and fattening broilers, to which is added a granule zeolite mineral of about 50 m. The slight consistency of this type of litter absorbs all the moisture and liquid excretion of the broiler and is wrapped in paste manure so that the resulting fertilizer is not in the liquid state but in the form of granules of various shapes and sizes and a certain degree of humidity. The granule-shaped fertilizer thus produced is dried in a rotary drum dryer and the fertilizer thus obtained, for example in the form of granules with about 15% moisture, can be packed in bags and stored until dispatch. If special purpose fertilizers are required, suitable additional components may be mixed. This process of producing broiler manure achieves the ecological disposal of broiler manure completely without adversely affecting the environment.
