Technical problem

The problem of making wooden, metal and other shelves consists in the complicated interconnection of the elements that make up the shelf (screws, welding, gluing, etc.). The previous method of connecting (mounting) the shelves requires difficult mounting, namely:

A) assembly with screws and nuts

B) assembly with nails, etc.

C) assembly by welding (metal shelves)

D) assembly by gluing (wooden shelves)

Versions under A) and B) require the use of a specific tool for mounting the shelves by the end user.

Versions under C) and D) in addition to the difficult assembly, which must be carried out at the manufacturer's, also increase the cost of transportation from the manufacturer to the end user, and the problem of corrosion protection (for shelves made of metal).

All of the listed versions of the shelves are more expensive to manufacture or to transport to the end user.

The previous way of creating shelves included several technical problems, which were previously mentioned and include:

A) the problem of corrosion of metal parts

B) complicated method of production, and thus higher prices

Today, shelves with metal frames are well-known in the world, so boards are inserted into them. There are such shelves where the columns are fastened to the wall with screws, and at a certain height consoles are inserted into them, on which boards are placed. There are also shelves or racks completely made of wood or metal. There are also such shelves, with which the consoles are attached to the wall with screws, and a board is placed on them.

Presentation of the essence of the invention

The aim of the invention is to eliminate the previously mentioned shortcomings, namely:

A) to simplify the assembly of shelves without the use of special tools and additional connecting elements (screws, nuts, nails, etc.).

B) to maximally simplify the production of shelf elements, which significantly affects the final price of the product.

C) to prepare the shelf for transport to the end user in packaging with the smallest possible dimensions, in order to save on transport.

D) in designing the product, an effort was made to avoid the use of elements made of metal, instead wood and plastic are used, which greatly increases the life of the product, because there is no corrosion (no painting required).

E) shelf consists of plastic wooden elements. The goal that was tried to be achieved during construction is that all elements of the shelf, which have a complicated appearance, are made of plastic (by injection molding), which is a cheap technological process, and that the other parts are made of wood to have as simple a shape as possible, in order to make the production as simple and cheap as possible. which is one of the goals of this invention.

Detailed description of the invention

Fig. 1 shows the assembled shelf, which consists of a bracket 01, a vertical slat 02, a horizontal slat 03 and a vertical end (bottom) slat 04.

When assembling the shelf, horizontal slats 03 are first mounted in the bracket 01, Fig. 2, and in all horizontal openings at an angle α (10°-35°) shown in Fig. 3, and by turning it into the horizontal position, the upper oblique is wedged teeth (detail “A”) on the link 01, in the groove of the horizontal slat 03 (detail “B”). It is shown wedged in Fig. 4 (detail "A-B"). By inserting the vertical slats 02 and 04 into the provided openings of the connector 01, all parts are fixed to each other as shown in Fig. 4.

Buckle 06 is made so that it has a groove in the middle of Fig. 6 and Fig. 7, in order to break or cut it in that part. With such a clip 06, the opening on the clip 01 would be blocked, if the shelf did not continue.
