Izum se odnosi na samonosivi telefonski ormarić, koji je namijenjen za primjenu kod izgradnje telefonske mreže, odnosno za završavanje i prespajanje primarnog kabela na sekundarne-pretplatničke kabele. The invention relates to a self-supporting telephone cabinet, which is intended for use in the construction of a telephone network, i.e. for terminating and connecting the primary cable to the secondary subscriber cables.
Takvi izumi su prema Međunarodnoj klasifikaciji patenata (MKP) uvršteni u područje elektrotehnike, te radi toga ulaze u razred H02G 15/076 ili H02G 15/013. According to the International Classification of Patents (IPC), such inventions are included in the field of electrical engineering, and for that reason they enter the class H02G 15/076 or H02G 15/013.

Izum se temelji na problemu kako napraviti samonosivi telefonski ormarić, koji će biti: optimalnih dimenzija, jednostavan za montažu, otporan na sve atmosferske uvjete, te koji će sprečavati prodor vlage u unutrašnjost i njeno agresivno djelovanje na spojna mjesta u kućištu. Ujedno je bitno da ormarić bude konstrukcijski izveden tako da omogućava dobar pristup kod spajanja kabela u ormariću. The invention is based on the problem of how to make a self-supporting telephone cabinet, which will be: optimal dimensions, easy to assemble, resistant to all atmospheric conditions, and which will prevent the penetration of moisture into the interior and its aggressive effect on the connection points in the housing. At the same time, it is important that the cabinet is constructed in such a way that it allows good access when connecting the cables in the cabinet.

Poznata je naprava za spajanje i račvanje instalacijskih kabela, posebice za završno račvanje spojne kutije ili razdjelne kutije za telekomunikacijske kablove, koja u donjem dijelu kućišta ima smještene uvodnike kabela koji imaju po dvije rasklopne brtveno/pričvrsne polovice za polaganje jednog kabela. Obje sklopive polovice za brtvljenje i pričvršćivanje mogu formiranjem brtveno/pričvrsne jedinice s brtvom i pričvrsnicom primiti u donjem dijelu kućišta kabel, sprijeda uguran u držač, te se time postiže brtvljenje i pridržavanje kabela. Osnovni nedostatak spomenutog uređaja je taj da ne postoji mogućnost uvođenja više ulaznih kabela različitih promjera, te je problematično postavljanje gore navedene naprave na terenu jer nema nosivu cijev za prolaz kabela koju predmetni izum ima. Gumena brtva sa više konusnih izdanaka u različitim veličinama otklanja gore spomenuti nedostatak priključenja više kabela različitih dimenzija, a ujedno je jednostavnija po konstrukciji uz jednaku djelotvornost brtvljenja. The rubber seal with multiple conical protrusions in different sizes eliminates the above-mentioned disadvantage of connecting multiple cables of different dimensions, and at the same time, it is simpler in construction with the same sealing effectiveness.

Prethodno navedeni tehnički problem je riješen sa samonosivim telefonskim ormarićem, čija je konstrukcija tako izvedena da se sastoji od jednodijelnog kućišta koje se zatvara i otvara preklapanjem poklopca ormarića oko gibljive spojnice od gume, a nalazi se učvršćeno na cijevi za prolaz kabela ukopanom u zemlju. Dio cijevi ukopan u zemlji je još dodatno učvršćen obujmicama na sondu koja je potpuno ukopana u zemlju. Gumena brtva na spoju cijevi sa kućištem ormarića sprječava prodor vlage u unutrašnjost kućišta, a omogućava spajanje više ulaznih kabela različitih debljina. Kao što je vidljivo na slikama 1, 2, 3 i 7 kućište samonosivog telefonskog ormarića je sastavljeno iz dva dijela : poklopca (1) i nosećeg dijela (2) koji su međusobno spojeni elastičnom gumom (3) koja osigurava dobro brtvljenje od prolaza vlage u unutrašnjost kućišta, a ujedno i lagano podizanje poklopca (1) i njegovo preklapanje preko nosećeg dijela (2). Elastična guma (3) ima prvenstveno funkciju gibljive spojnice poklopca (1) i nosećeg dijela (2), a zalivena je i uprešana u za to predviđene pozicije na njima.
