Claims (12)

1. A suction cup module (700) for a toy tip (800), wherein the suction cup module (700) is connectable to a launch device (1000), wherein it has: the housing of the suction module (710) which includes the outer cover of the suction module (711) and the inner support (712) which is arranged inside the outer cover of the suction module (711); magnetic assembly (720) which is arranged on the housing of the suction module (710); a fastener (730) which is movably arranged on the housing of the suction module (710), and equipped with a fastening foot (731) which can be moved between a locked position and an unlocked position, characterized in that in the closed position, in use, the attachment foot (731) is configured to attach to the top of the toy (800) to be launched; and when in the unlocked position, in use, the attachment foot (731) is configured to separate from the tip of the toy (800) to be launched, the attachment (730) being pivotally located between the outer cover of the suction module (711) and inner support (712), and the fastener (730) further comprises a fastening shaft (732), where the fastening foot (731) is located at the end of the fastening shaft (732), and the fastening foot (731) can be retracted when the fastener (730 ) rotates around the fastening shaft (732); and the suction cup module (700) further has a snap-lock resilient element (733) connected between the fastener (730) and the suction module housing (710) and is configured to drive the fastening foot (731) to rotate toward the locked position. 2. Suction cup module (700) according to patent claim 1, characterized in that the snap-stop elastic element (733) is attached to the fastener (730); while the snap-lock elastic element (733) and the fastening foot (731) are located at both ends of the fastening shaft (732); wherein the fastener (730) is provided with a fastening slot (730a) configured to cooperate with the snap-lock elastic element (733). 3. Suction pot module (700) according to patent claim 1, characterized in that the fastener (730) is equipped with a snap-stop protrusion (734); where the outer cover of the suction module (711) or the inner support (712) are equipped with a snap-lock groove (710a) corresponding to a snap-lock projection (734); and when the fastener (730) is in the locked position, then the snap-lock projection (734) is engaged in the snap-lock groove (710a). 4. Suction cup module (700) according to patent claim 1, characterized in that the opening of the inner support (712a) is made in the edge wall of the inner support (712); while the attachment foot (731) extends in or out of the inner support (712) through the opening of the inner support (712a) as it rotates; and the end of the inner support (712) is equipped with the flange of the inner support (7121), where the end of the fixing shaft (732) cooperates with the flange of the inner support (7121). 5. Suction pot module (700) according to patent claim 1, characterized in that the fastener (730) is equipped with an extension foot (735) which is equipped with an extended surface (7351); and when a force is applied to the extended surface (7351), then the retaining foot (731) moves toward the unlocked position. 6. Suction cup module (700) according to claim 1, characterized in that the outer cover of the suction module (711) has two detachable halves (7111) that surround the outer side of the inner support (712). 7. The suction cup module (700) according to claim 1, characterized in that the housing of the suction module (710) has a fitting opening (710b) for the tip of the toy (800) to be launched, so that it extends inwards; where the magnetic assembly (720) is arranged inside the housing of the suction module (710), and includes the magnetic pulling element (721) of the suction module and the magnetically insulated head (722); while the magnetically insulated cap (722) is open on the side facing the mating opening (710b). 8. Suction pot module (700) according to patent claim 1, characterized in that the housing of the suction module (710) is formed in a cylindrical shape with two open ends; while both the magnetic assembly (720) and the fastener (730) are arranged in the interior of the suction module housing (710); where a plurality of spaced fasteners (730) are made along the peripheral wall of the suction module housing (710). 9. A launch device (1000), characterized in that it comprises: the body (200) of the launch device; and a suction cup module (700) according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the suction cup module (700) is arranged on the body (200) of the launch device. 10. The launch device (1000) according to patent claim 9, characterized in that it further comprises: a drive assembly which is arranged on the body (200) of the launch device and is configured to cooperate with the suction pot module (700), and thus, to drive the suction cup module (700) to rotate when activated and to detach from the suction cup module (700) when released. 11. The launching device (1000) according to claim 10, characterized in that the drive assembly includes a threaded section for the rope (520) and the body of the rope (530); wherein the threaded lanyard (520) is connected to the suction cup module (700); wherein the rope body (530) is wound on the threaded rope section (520) and has an inner end which is connected to the threaded rope section (520). 12. A toy set, characterized in that it includes: a launch device configured as a launch device (1000) according to any one of claims 9 to 11; and tip with a magnetic spike that can be attracted to the suction cup module (700).
