Claims (9)
1. Proces za obradu i proizvodnju energije iz biomase, koji obuhvaća korake:
i. pribavljanje biomase (1);
i naznačen time da obuhvaća korake:
ii. razblaživanje biomase (1) sa razrjeđivačem do sadržaja isparljivih čvrstih materija između 0.5% i 1% zapremine navedene biomase (1), pri čemu je razrjeđivač vodena tekućina;
iii. alkalizacija biomase (1) iz točke ii baznom otopinom (3), do pH vrijednosti između 11.0 i 13.0, pri čemu su navedena biomasa (1) iz točke ii i navedena bazna otopina (3) u masenom odnosu između 1:20 i 1:80;
iv. hidroliza alkalizirane biomase iz točke iii, u trajanju između 30 i 90 minuta, na temperaturi između 55°C i 80°C, na taj način dobivajući hidroliziranu biomasu (4);
v. neutraliziranje hidrolizirane biomase (4) iz točke iv, difuzijom CO2 iz bioplina proizvedenog anaerobnom digestijom, na taj način dobivajući hidroliziran i neutraliziran mulj (5);
vi. izvođenje anaerobne digestije, kroz prvi anaerobni digestor (6), navedenog hidroliziranog i neutraliziranog mulja (5), na taj način dobivajući bioplin (60), prvi digestat (61), anaerobni mulj (62),
pri čemu
biomasa (1) je izabrana između: biološkog mulja, organskog otpada, procesne vode, obrađenog ili neobrađenog zaostalog mulja iz postrojenja za pročišćivanje gradskih, kućnih i industrijskih otpadnih voda, obrađenog ili neobrađenog zaostalog mulja iz proizvodnih procesa, i u kojem organski otpad je organski otpad koji nastaje iz postrojenja za kompostiranje, koji sadrži otpad nastao u poljoprivredi, hortikulturi i pripremanju hrane, mulj koji nastaje iz postrojenja za pročišćivanje komunalnih i industrijskih otpadnih voda.
2. Proces prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu je razrjeđivač navedeni prvi digestat (61).
3. Proces prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 , pri čemu je korak anaerobne digestije (vi) praćen korakom perkolacije anaerobnog mulja (62), čime se dobiva tekuća faza (63) perkolirana iz navedenog anaerobnog mulja (62).
4. Proces prema patentnom zahtjevu 3, gdje je razrjeđivač tekuća faza (63) perkolirana iz anaerobnog mulja (62).
5. Proces prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, , pri čemu se prvi anaerobni digestor (6) pokreće u korak anaerobne digestije (vi) inokulumom tekuće faze (611) drugog digestata (610), pri čemu je faza dobivena sljedećim koracima:
a) dopremanje drugog anaerobnog digestora (100) poljoprivrednim i zootehničkim otpadom;
b) izvođenje anaerobne digestije iz točke a, na taj način dobivajući drugi digestat (610);
c) perkolacija navedenog drugog digestata (610), na taj način dobivajući tekuću fazu (611) drugog digestata (610);
d) propuštanje inokuluma navedene tekuće faze (611) drugog digestata (610) u navedeni prvi anaerobni digestor (6), u kojem je spomenuta tekuća faza (611) drugog digestata (610) u zapreminskom odnosu između 2:1 i 1:2 prema hidroliziranom i neutraliziranom mulju (5).
6. Proces prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, pri čemu se difuzija CO2 tijekom neutralizacije (v) vrši pomoću kolonskog reaktora (51) u kojem se bioplin (60) održava pod pritiskom i prolazi kroz opadajući tok recirkulacije hidrolizirane biomase (4) do neutraliziranja navedene hidrolizirane biomase (4).
7. Proces prema patentnom zahtjevu 6, pri čemu se navedeni korak neutralizacije (v) događa difuzijom CO2 iz bioplina (60) proizvedenog iz navedenog koraka anaerobne digestije (vi).
8. Proces prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu se obrađeni ili neobrađeni zaostali muljevi iz proizvodnih procesa muljevi koji nastaju iz naftne industrije ili su dobiveni iz organskih i neorganskih kemijskih procesa.
9. Proces prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 2. 6, pri čemu je biomasa (1) anaerobni mulj (62).
