Claims (11)
1. Sustav (1) za liječenje i praćenje mrena na oku, sustav (1) koji sadrži:
izvor LED svjetla bez lasera (2) konfiguriran za zračenje oka (6) na valnoj duljini od 405 nm za liječenje mrene na oku;
izvor za pobuđivanje LED svjetla bez lasera (4) konfiguriran za pobuđivanje fluorescencije u oku (6) emitiranjem svjetlosti od odnosnih 315 nm; i
fotomultiplikatorski detektor (22) i pridruženi varijabilni propusni pojasni interferencijski filtar (20) konfiguriran za otkrivanje spektra fluorescencije stimuliranog izvorom za pobuđivanje svjetla (4), čime se istovremeno prati emisija pojedinačnih spektralnih komponenti triptofanskih foto-proizvoda i/ili drugih fluorescentnih post-translacijskih modifikacija povezanih s proteinima očnih leća;
naznačen time što
je svjetlost iz ozračavajućeg LED izvora svjetla (2) usmjeren na dikroični razdjelnik snopa dugog prolaza (12) prilagođen za refleksiju svjetlosti za zračenje duž optičkog puta do prve leće za fokusiranje (14) za fokusiranje svjetlosti na oko (6), i
svjetlost za pobuđivanje iz LED izvora svjetlosti (4) usmjerava se na dikroični razdjelnik snopa dugog prolaza (16) prilagođen za refleksiju svjetlosti za pobuđivanje duž istog optičkog puta do prve leće za fokusiranje (14), tako da se fluorescentna svjetlost iz oka (6) koju prima prva leća za fokusiranje (14) usmjerava duž navedenog istog optičkog puta kroz dikroične razdjelnike snopa dugog prolaza (12, 16) i na varijabilni propusni pojasni interferencijski filtar (20).
2. Sustav (1) za liječenje i praćenje mrena na oku, sustav (1) koji sadrži:
izvor LED svjetla bez lasera (2) konfiguriran za zračenje oka (6) na valnoj duljini od 470 nm za liječenje mrene na oku;
izvor za pobuđivanje LED svjetla bez lasera (4) konfiguriran za pobuđivanje fluorescencije u oku (6) emitiranjem svjetlosti od 360 nm; i
fotomultiplikatorski detektor (22) i pridruženi varijabilni propusni pojasni interferencijski filtar (20) konfiguriran za otkrivanje spektra fluorescencije stimuliranog izvorom za pobuđivanje svjetla (4), čime se istovremeno prati emisija pojedinačnih spektralnih komponenti triptofanskih foto-proizvoda i/ili drugih fluorescentnih post-translacijskih modifikacija povezanih s proteinima očnih leća;
naznačen time što
se svjetlost iz ozračavajućeg LED izvora svjetlosti (2) usmjerava na dikroični razdjelnik snopa kratkog prolaza (12) prilagođen da reflektira svjetlost za pobuđivanje duž optičkog puta do prve leće za fokusiranje (14) za fokusiranje svjetlosti na oko (6), i
se svjetlost za pobuđivanje iz LED izvora svjetlosti (4) usmjerava na dikroični razdjelnik snopa dugog prolaza (16) prilagođen za refleksiju svjetlosti za pobuđivanje duž istog optičkog puta do prve leće za fokusiranje (14), tako da
se fluorescentno svjetlo iz oka (6) koje prima prva leća za fokusiranje (14) usmjerava duž navedenog istog optičkog puta kroz dikroični razdjelnik snopa dugog prolaza i kratkog prolaza (12, 16) i na varijabilni propusni pojasni interferencijski filtar (20).
3. Sustav (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, konfiguriran istovremeno za zračenje oka (6) korištenjem LED izvora svjetla (2) i za pobuđivanje oka (6) korištenjem izvora za pobuđivanje LED svjetla (4).
4. Sustav (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva koji nadalje sadrži svjetlovod, poželjno svjetlovod od optičkih vlakana (34), za prijenos svjetla u i/ili primanje svjetla iz leće (32) oka (6) u uporabi.
5. Sustav (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva sadrži daljnji izvor svjetlosti bez lasera za zračenje oka (6); i daljnji detektor za detekciju raspršene svjetlosti iz oka (6).
6. Sustav (1) prema zahtjevu 5 naznačen time što daljnji izvor svjetlosti bez lasera sadrži LED bez lasera koji emitira svjetlost valne duljine od 450 nm do 550 nm.
7. Sustav (1) prema zahtjevu 5 ili zahtjevu 6 naznačen time što daljnji detektor sadrži diodni detektor.
8. Sustav (1) prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 5 do 7 naznačen time što se daljnji detektor može okretati oko položaja oka (6) u uporabi.
9. Sustav (1) prema zahtjevu 8 naznačen time što se daljnji detektor može okretati za mjerenje raspršenosti pod različitim kutovima u odnosu na smjer zračenja navedenog daljnjeg izvora svjetlosti bez lasera.
10. Sustav (1) prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 5 do 9, naznačen time što je daljnji izvor svjetla bez lasera daljnji LED izvor koji je postavljen pod kutom udaljenim od normale izvora LED svjetla bez lasera (2) i izvora za pobuđivanje LED svjetla bez lasera (4).
11. Sustav (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što fotomultiplikatorski detektor (22) sadrži daljnju leću za fokusiranje (18).
