Claims (15)
1. Sustav za doziranje kriogenog fluida, koji sadrži:
a. rezervoar (10) za skladištenje velikih količina konfiguriran da sadrži zalihu kriogenog fluida;
b. najmanje jedan rezervoar (24a, 24b) za skladištenje intermedijarnog fluida konfiguriran da sadrži intermedijarnu fluidnu tekućinu (26a, 26b) sa slobodnim prostorom definiranim iznad iste koji sadrži paru intermedijarnog fluida;
c. zavojnicu (22a, 22b) izmjenjivača topline postavljenu u slobodnom prostoru najmanje jednog rezervoara (24a, 24b) za intermedijarni fluid i konfiguriranu za prijem i zagrijavanje kriogenog fluida iz rezervoara (10) za skladištenje velikih količina putem razmjene topline sa parom intermedijarnog fluida u slobodnom prostoru;
d. akumulacijski rezervoar (32) konfiguriran da prima fluid iz zavojnice (22a, 22b) izmjenjivača topline; i
e. zavojnicu (34) rashlađivača postavljenu unutar najmanje jednog rezervoara (24a, 24b) za intermedijarni fluid i konfiguriranu da:
i) bude uronjena u intermedijarnu fluidnu tekućinu koja se nalazi u najmanje jednom rezervoaru (24, 24b) za intermedijarni fluid,
ii) prima fluid iz akumulacijskog rezervoara (32), i
iii) hladi fluid primljen iz akumulacijskog rezervoara (32) putem razmjene topline sa intermedijarnom fluidnom tekućinom u koju je zavojnica (34) rashlađivača uronjena,
pri čemu navedena zavojnica (34) rashlađivača ima izlaz (134) konfiguriran za doziranje fluida iz zavojnice (34) rashlađivača.
2. Sustav prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 pri čemu je intermedijarni fluid ugljik-dioksid.
3. Sustav prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 i 2 pri čemu je kriogeni fluid vodik.
4. Sustav prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-3, pri čemu najmanje jedan rezervoar (24a, 24b) za intermedijarni fluid uključuje prvi rezervoar (24a) za skladištenje intermedijarnog fluida, drugi rezervoar (24b) za skladištenje intermedijarnog fluida i rashladni rezervoar (42), pri čemu je:
i) zavojnica (34) rashlađivača postavljena unutar rashladnog rezervoara (42),
ii) rashladni rezervoar (42) konfiguriran da prima i prevodi u paru intermedijarnu fluidnu tekućinu iz prvog rezervoara (24a) za skladištenje intermedijarnog fluida korištenjem zavojnice (34) rashlađivača,
iii) drugi rezervoar (24b) za skladištenje intermedijarnog fluida konfiguriran da prima intermedijarni fluid koji je preveden u paru pomoću zavojnice (34) rashlađivača, i
iv) zavojnica (22b) izmjenjivača topline postavljena unutar slobodnog prostora drugog rezervoara (24b) za skladištenje intermedijarnog fluida.
5. Sustav prema patentnom zahtjevu 4 pri čemu je sustav dalje konfiguriran tako da je:
v) rashladni rezervoar (42) konfiguriran da prima i prevodi u paru intermedijarnu fluidnu tekućinu iz drugog rezervoara (24b) za skladištenje intermedijarnog fluida koristeći zavojnicu (34) rashlađivača,
vi) prvi rezervoar (24a) za skladištenje intermedijarnog fluida konfiguriran da prima intermedijarni fluid koji je preveden u paru pomoću zavojnice (34) rashlađivača, i
vii) naredna zavojnica (22b) izmjenjivača topline postavljena unutar slobodnog prostora drugog rezervoara (24b) za skladištenje intermedijarnog fluida.
6. Sustav prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 4 ili 5 koji dalje sadrži treći rezervoar (24c) za skladištenje intermedijarnog fluida konfiguriran da sadrži zalihu intermedijarne fluidne tekućine i da selektivno opskrbljuje intermedijarnu fluidnu tekućinu u rashladni rezervoar (42).
7. Sustav prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-3 pri čemu najmanje jedan rezervoar (24a, 24b, 24c) za intermedijarni fluid uključuje jedan rezervoar koji sadrži zavojnicu (22a, 22b, 22c) izmjenjivača topline i zavojnicu (34) rashlađivača.
8. Sustav prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-7 pri čemu najmanje jedan rezervoar (24a, 24b, 24c) za intermedijarni fluid uključuje krug (64a, 64b, 64c) za podizanje pritiska konfigurirano da prevodi u paru intermedijarnu fluidnu tekućinu i usmjerava je u slobodni prostor.
9. Sustav prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-8 koji dalje sadrži obilazni vod (72) koji ima ulaz u fluidnoj komunikaciji sa rezervoarom (10) za skladištenje velikih količina i izlaz u fluidnoj komunikaciji sa akumulacionim rezervoarom (32).
10. Sustav prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-9 koji dalje sadrži izmjenjivač (28) topline konfiguriran da prima i zagrijava fluid iz zavojnice (22a, 22b, 22c) izmjenjivača topline i usmjerava zagrijani fluid u rezervoar (32) za velike količine.
11. Sustav prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-10 koji dalje sadrži pumpu (14) koja ima ulaz u fluidnoj komunikaciji sa rezervoarom (10) za skladištenje velikih količina i izlaz u fluidnoj komunikaciji sa zavojnicom (22a, 22b, 22c) izmjenjivača topline tako da se kriogeni fluid iz rezervoara (10) za velike količine provodi do zavojnice (22a, 22b, 22c) izmjenjivača topline kada se pumpa (14) aktivira.
12. Sustav prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-11 koji dalje sadrži kompresor (70) koji ima ulaz u fluidnoj komunikaciji sa izlazom zavojnice (22a, 22b, 22c) izmjenjivača topline i izlaz u fluidnoj komunikaciji sa akumulacijskim rezervoarom (32) tako da se kriogeni fluid iz rezervoara (10) za skladištenje velikih količina povlači kroz zavojnicu (22a, 22b, 22c) izmjenjivača topline i usmjerava u akumulacijski rezervoar (10) kada se kompresor (70) aktivira.
13. Sustav za doziranje kriogenog fluida prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-12, koji dalje sadrži:
a. rezervoar (10) za skladištenje velikih količina koji sadrži zalihu kriogenog fluida;
b. najmanje jedan rezervoar (24a, 24b, 24c) za intermedijarni fluid koji sadrži intermedijarnu fluidnu tekućinu sa slobodnim prostorom definiranim iznad iste koji sadrži paru intermedijarnog fluida;
i
e. zavojnicu (34) rashlađivača uronjenu u intermedijarnu fluidnu tekućinu.
14. Sustav prema patentnom zahtjevu 6, naznačen time što treći rezervoar (24c) za skladištenje intermedijarnog fluida sadrži zalihu intermedijarne fluidne tekućine.
15. Postupak za doziranje kriogenog fluida koji obuhvaća sljedeće korake:
a. skladištenje kriogenog fluida u rezervoaru (10) za skladištenje velikih količina;
b. skladištenje intermedijarnog fluida u najmanje jednom rezervoaru (24a, 24b, 24c) za skladištenje intermedijarnog fluida kao intermedijarne fluidne tekućine sa parom intermedijarnog fluida iznad;
c. zagrijavanje kriogenog fluida iz rezervoara (10) za skladištenje velikih količina putem razmjene topline sa parom intermedijarnog fluida tako da se para intermedijarnog fluida kondenzira;
d. skladištenje zagrijanog fluida u akumulacijskom rezervoaru (32);
e. hlađenje fluida iz akumulacijskog rezervoara (32) putem razmjene topline sa intermedijarnom fluidnom tekućinom;
f. doziranje ohlađenog fluida, opcionalno pri čemu je intermedijarni fluid ugljik-dioksid, i/ili pri čemu je kriogeni fluid vodik.
