Claims (9)

1. Postrojenje (1) za ukapljivanje plina, posebno mrežnog plina, koje sadrži: - najmanje jedan kompresor (2) prilagođen za povećanje tlaka najmanje jednog plina kako bi se dobio komprimirani plin; - najmanje jedan rashladni uređaj (3) spojen na fluidno-upravljan način na navedeni kompresor (2), prilagođen za hlađenje navedenog komprimiranog plina; - najmanje jedan ekspanzijski sklop (6, 10, 20) koji je spojen na fluidno-upravljan način na navedeni rashladni uređaj (3), prilagođen da smanji tlak navedenog komprimiranog plina kako bi se dobio ukapljeni plin; i - najmanje jedna punionica (4) spojena na fluidno-upravljan način na navedeni ekspanzijski sklop (6, 10, 20) i prilagođena za punjenje najmanje jednog kriogenog rezervoara (5) sa navedenim ukapljenim plinom; pri čemu navedeni sklop za proširenje (6, 10, 20) sadrži najmanje jedan klipni ekspander (6) koji sadrži najmanje jednu ekspanzijsku komoru (7) koja se proteže duž prvog aksijalnog smjera (A) i ima najmanje jedan usisni i ispušni otvor (8) i najmanje jedan klip (9) smješten u navedenoj ekspanzijskoj komori (7) i pomični klizni unutar navedene ekspanzijske komore (7) duž navedenog prvog aksijalnog smjera (A), pri čemu navedeni klipni ekspander (6) sadrži najmanje jedan fluidno-upravljan razdjelnik (10), povezan s navedenim otvorom (8) i prilagođen za kontrolu smjera strujanja navedenog plina; pri čemu navedeni fluidno-upravljan razdjelnik (10) sadrži: - najmanje jedno tijelo ventila (11) koje sadrži najmanje jednu kliznu komoru (12a, 12b) koja ima značajno izduženi oblik koji se proteže duž najmanje drugog aksijalnog smjera (B) i ima najmanje jedan ulazni otvor (13) za ulaz navedenog komprimiranog plina, najmanje jedan ispušni otvor (14) za ispuh navedenog ukapljenog plina i najmanje jedan usni otvor (15) povezan s navedenim otvorom (8) za spajanje navedenog fluidno-upravljanog razdjelnika (10) na navedenu ekspanzijsku komoru (7) navedenog klipnog ekspandera (6); i - najmanje jedan klizač (16a, 16b) koji ima značajno izduženi oblik, smješten u navedenoj kliznoj komori (12a, 12b), konfiguriran za pomično klizanje duž navedenog drugog aksijalnog smjera (B), naznačen time što najmanje jedan klizač sadrži najmanje jedan unutarnji kanal (17a, 17b) za prolaz navedenog plina, konfiguriran za fluidno povezivanje navedenog ulaznog otvora (13) s navedenim usnim otvorom (15) i navedenim usnim otvorom (15) sa navedenim ispušnim otvorom (14).1. Plant (1) for gas liquefaction, especially network gas, which contains: - at least one compressor (2) adapted to increase the pressure of at least one gas in order to obtain a compressed gas; - at least one cooling device (3) connected in a fluid-controlled manner to said compressor (2), adapted for cooling said compressed gas; - at least one expansion assembly (6, 10, 20) which is connected in a fluid-controlled manner to said cooling device (3), adapted to reduce the pressure of said compressed gas in order to obtain liquefied gas; and - at least one filling station (4) connected in a fluid-controlled manner to the said expansion assembly (6, 10, 20) and adapted for filling at least one cryogenic reservoir (5) with the said liquefied gas; wherein said expansion assembly (6, 10, 20) comprises at least one piston expander (6) containing at least one expansion chamber (7) extending along the first axial direction (A) and having at least one intake and exhaust port (8) ) and at least one piston (9) located in said expansion chamber (7) and movable sliding inside said expansion chamber (7) along said first axial direction (A), wherein said piston expander (6) contains at least one fluid-controlled distributor (10), connected to said opening (8) and adapted to control the flow direction of said gas; wherein said fluid-controlled distributor (10) contains: - at least one valve body (11) that contains at least one sliding chamber (12a, 12b) that has a significantly elongated shape that extends along at least the second axial direction (B) and has at least one inlet opening (13) for the input of said compressed gas, at least one exhaust opening (14) for exhausting said liquefied gas and at least one mouth opening (15) connected to said opening (8) for connecting said fluid-controlled distributor (10) to said expansion chamber (7) of said piston expander (6) ; and - at least one slider (16a, 16b) having a significantly elongated shape, located in said sliding chamber (12a, 12b), configured to move along said second axial direction (B), characterized in that at least one slider contains at least one internal channel (17a, 17b) for the passage of said gas, configured to fluidly connect said inlet opening (13) with said mouth opening (15) and said mouth opening (15) with said exhaust opening ( 14). 2. Plant (1) according to claim 4, characterized in that said fluid-controlled distributor (10) contains: - at least the first sliding chamber (12a) in which at least the first slider (16a) is located, which has at least the first internal channel (17a); and - at least a second slide chamber (12b) in which at least a second slide (16b) equipped with at least a second internal channel (17b) is placed; wherein said first slider (16a) and said second slider (16b) are configured to slide in a substantially alternating manner with respect to each other along said second axial direction (B) between: - suction configuration in which said first internal channel (17a) is placed in communication with said inlet opening (13) and said mouth opening (15); - expansion configuration in which the specified first internal channel (17a) and the specified second internal channel (17b) are isolated in relation to the specified expansion chamber (7); and - exhaust configuration in which said second internal channel (17b) is placed in communication with said mouth opening (15) and with said exhaust opening (14). 6.
