Claims (10)
1. Sustav za proizvodnju vodika iz plinovitih ugljikovodika, naznačen modulom za prethodnu obradu plina (2) koji je fluidno spojen na spremnik plina (66) i na najmanje jedan generator vodika (100); i modul za naknadnu obradu vodika (3) koji je preko dovodnog voda (81) fluidno spojen na generator i na modul za skladištenje i distribuciju (5), navedeni generator vodika sadrži plazma mlaznice (105); reakcijska komora (102) spojena na svaku od mlaznica plazme; svaka mlaznica za plazmu koja sadrži mikrovalni generator plazme (301, 302) i dovodnu cijev (303) za usmjeravanje protoka plinovitih ugljikovodika kroz generator plazme do odgovarajućih ulaza u reakcijsku komoru, pri čemu je mikrovalni generator plazme pogodan za barem djelomično ioniziranje plinovitog ugljikovodika u plazmu prije ulaska barem djelomično ioniziranog ugljikovodika u reakcijsku komoru, i reakcijska komora sadrži najmanje jedan izlaz (101) putem kojeg se vodik vodi do modula za naknadnu obradu (3), i modul za prethodnu obradu (2) sadrži sredstva za prethodno zagrijavanje plinovitih ugljikovodika.
2. Sustav prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što modul naknadne obrade (3) sadrži sredstva za hlađenje vodika, poželjno izmjenjivač topline.
3. Sustav prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, koji nadalje sadrži povratni vod (65) koji je fluidno spojen na dovodni vod (81) i prilagođen za dovod barem dijela vodika natrag u generator vodika.
4. Sustav prema bilo kojem zahtjevu 1 - 3, naznačen time što modul za skladištenje i distribuciju (5) sadrži kompresor vodika (83) i sredstva za pojačavanje (84), sredstva za skladištenje vodika (82) i sredstva za izlaz vodika (85).
5. Sustav prema bilo kojem zahtjevu 1 - 4, koji nadalje sadrži spremnik ugljika (91), spojen preko cijevi (9) na generator vodika (100).
6. Postupak za proizvodnju vodika iz plina koji sadrži ugljikovodik, naznačen koracima:
a) unošenje odvojenih količina plina pod kontroliranim tlakom u odgovarajuća područja gdje je svaka količina plina izložena odgovarajućem elektromagnetskom polju, pri čemu se u svakoj regiji stvara neravnotežna plazma pri atmosferskom tlaku i više;
b) unošenje odvojenih količina plazme u reakcijsku komoru (102) kroz zasebne ulaze uz kontrolu svojstava protoka plazme kako bi se održala plazma i održala u ioniziranom stanju sve dok ne uđe u reakcijsku komoru i tijekom trajanja vremena nakon toga;
i
c) vađenje proizvedenog vodika kroz izlaz (101) iz reakcijske komore, pri čemu se vodik može proizvesti praktički na zahtjev, kontinuirano i bez stvaranja ugljikovih oksida, odgovarajuća množina elektromagnetskih polja nastaje odvojenim i pojedinačnim mikrovalnim izvorima, i
d) vađenje istaloženog ugljika iz reakcijske komore.
7. Postupak prema zahtjevu 6, koji nadalje obuhvaća miješanje navedenih odvojenih količina plazme u reakcijskoj komori dok su plazme u ioniziranom stanju.
8. Postupak prema zahtjevu 6 ili 7, naznačen time što kontrola svojstava protoka plazme u koraku b) obuhvaća formiranje vrtložnog strujanja plina prije nego plin uđe u stanje plazme.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem zahtjevu 7 - 9, koji nadalje obuhvaća uvođenje supstrata u obliku čestica u plazmu u reakcijskoj komori.
10. Postupak prema zahtjevu 9, naznačen time što navedeni supstrat sadrži istaloženi ugljik ekstrahiran iz reakcijske komore.
