Claims (17)
1. Sustav koji je konfiguriran za davanje najmanje jednog trerapijskog plina pacijentu, a koji sadrži:
a. najmanje jednu cijev spremnika, koja ima proksimalni i distalni kraj, pri čemu najmanje jedna cijev spremnika ima volumen veći od volumena disanja pacijentovog daha;
b. ulaz za najmanje jedan trerapijski plin na proksimalnom kraju najmanje jedne cijevi spremnika, pri čemu se vrši isporuka, cijev je spojena na najmanje jedan ulaz terapijskog plina i najmanje jedan izvor terapijskog plina;
c. sučelje pacijenta koji je fluidno povezano s proksimalnim krajem najmanje jedne cijevi spremnika putem nepovratnog ventila,
pri čemu je sučelje pacijenta konfigurirano da tvori nepropusnu brtvu između pacijenta i sustava,
pri čemu je strana za inhaliranje nepovratnog ventila konfigurirana da bude zatvorena kada pacijent izdahne,
pri čemu se najmanje jedan trerapijski plin uvodi u najmanje jednu cijev spremnika na proksimalnom kraju kroz ulaz za najmanje jedan trerapijski plin u vrijeme kada je prosječna brzina protoka veća od prosječnog vremena
brzinu udisanja pacijenta, a najmanje jedan terapijski plin teče duž najmanje jednog spremnika cijevi, od proksimalnog do distalnog kraja dok pacijent izahne,
pri čemu je volumen najmanje jednog trerapijskog plina koji se uvodi u najmanje jedan spremnik cijevi kada pacijent izdahne veća od pacijentovog udisajnog volumena, i
pri čemu je strana za inhaliranje nepovratnog ventila konfigurirana tako da se otvara kada pacijent udiše, i
pri čemu je strana za inhaliranje nepovratnog ventila konfigurirana tako da dopušta da se barem jedan terapijski plin daje pacijentu.
2. Sustav sukladno zahtjevu 1, koji dalje sadrži drugi nepovratni ventil,
pri čemu je drugi nepovratni ventil konfiguriran da bude zatvoren dok pacijent udahne i da bude otvoren dok pacijent izdahne i sustav je konfiguriran da omogući da drugi nepovratni ventil ispusti plin koji izdahne pacijent.
3. Sustav sukladno zahtjevu 1, pri čemu je najmanje jedna cijev spremnika dodatno konfigurirana da minimizira potreban napor od strane pacijenta za udisanje.
4. Sustav sukladno zahtjevu 1, pri čemu su promjer ispušnog otvora i promjer cijevi spremnika konfigurirani minimiziranje potrebnog napora od strane pacijenta za izdisanje.
5. Sustav sukladno zahtjevu 1, pri čemu je sustav konfiguriran za praćenje strujanja plina kroz proksimalni kraj najmanje jedne cijevi spremnika.
6. Sustav sukladno zahtjevu 1, pri čemu je sustav konfiguriran za praćenje najmanje jednog parametra strujanja plina kroz proksimalni kraj najmanje jedne cijevi spremnika,
pri čemu najmanje jedan parametar sadrži: koncentraciju, protok, kontaminaciju ili bilo koju njihovu kombinaciju.
7. Sustav sukladno zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što najmanje jedna cijev spremnika nadalje sadrži mjerač protoka na distalnom kraju.
8. Sustav sukladno zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što najmanje jedna cijev spremnika nadalje sadrži otvor za uzorkovanje na proksimalnom kraju.
9. Sustav sukladno zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je otvor za uzorkovanje konfiguriran za: isporuku plina pacijentu, praćenje plina isporučenog pacijentu, okarakteriziranje plina isporučen pacijentu ili bilo koju njihovu kombinaciju.
10. Sustav sukladno zahtjevu 1, pri čemu je plin karakteriziran sadržajem, onečišćenjem, protokom, koncentracijom ili bilo kojom njihovom kombinacijom.
11. Sustav sukladno zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da je sustav dodatno konfiguriran za izdavanje upozorenja ako se nadzire bilo koja od vrijednosti koncentracija najmanje jednog terapijskog plina, brzine protoka ili bilo koje njihove kombinacije ako odstupa od praga vrijednost.
12. Sustav sukladno zahtjevu 1, pri čemu je sustav dodatno konfiguriran da mijenja brzinu protoka, koncentraciju najmanje jednog trerapijskog plina ili bilo koje njihove kombinacije.
13. Sustav sukladno zahtjevu 1, pri čemu najmanje jedan trerapijski plin sadrži: dušik oksid, helij, ugljični dioksid, hipoksični plin, dijagnostički plin ili bilo koju njihovu kombinaciju.
