Claims (6)
1. Uređaj za otkrivanje aritmije (1), koji sadrži:
manšetu (12), za omatanje ruke ispitanika radi mjerenja niza otkucaja pulsa;
procesnu jedinicu (11), električno spojenu na manžetu (12), te koja sadrži:
modul za pretvorbu analognih signala u digitalne (111), koji izvršava analogno digitalnu pretvorbu niza otkucaja pulsa;
modul za mjerenje razdoblja i amplitude pulsa (112), za dobivanje niza razdoblja pulsa koji sadrži mnoštvo razdoblja pulsa i za dobivanje niza amplitude pulsa koji obuhvaća mnoštvo amplituda pulsa iz digitaliziranog niza otkucaja pulsa, te je procesna jedinica naznačena time što sadrži:
modul za generiranje usporedbe (113), koji je konfiguriran da sekvencijalno uspoređuje svaka dva razdoblja pulsa ili svake dvije amplitude pulsa radi utvrđivanja sličnosti i generiranja statističkih vrijednosti usporedbe na temelju uspoređenih rezultata, pri čemu svaka od generiranih statističkih vrijednosti usporedbe iznosi 1 ako je za dva uspoređena pulsna razdoblja ili dvije uspoređene amplitude pulsa utvrđeno da su slične, a svaka od generiranih statističkih vrijednosti usporedbe iznosi 0 ako su dva uspoređena pulsna razdoblja ili dvije uspoređene amplitude pulsa različite;
modul za generiranje prosudbe (114), koji je konfiguriran za izračunavanje statističke vrijednosti koja sadrži prvi skup statističkih vrijednosti usporedbe sličnosti koje odgovaraju sličnostima razdoblja pulsa i statističke vrijednost koja sadrži drugi skup statističkih vrijednosti usporedbe sličnosti koje odgovaraju sličnostima amplituda pulsa; i
modul za određivanje tipa (115), koji je konfiguriran za određivanje jednog od sljedećih uvjeta u skladu sa ZP, ZA, PPi, Ai i jedinstvene statističke analize praga, pri čemu Zp je statistička vrijednost koja obuhvaća prvi skup statističkih vrijednosti usporedbe sličnosti koja odgovara sličnostima pulsnih razdoblja, ZA je statistička vrijednost koja obuhvaća drugi skup statističkih vrijednosti usporedbe sličnosti koji odgovara sličnostima amplituda pulsa, PPi je niz pulsnih razdoblja, i Ai je niz amplituda pulsa:
koji je konfiguriran za određivanje atrijalne fibrilacije kada se utvrdi da je koeficijent varijacije Var(ZP) veći od prve vrijednosti praga atrijalne fibrilacije AF-1, prosječna srednja vrijednost pulsnog razdoblja (PPi) se utvrđuje veća od druge vrijednosti praga atrijalne fibrilacije PPmin, AF ili se koeficijent varijacije Var(ZA) određuje između minimalne i maksimalne vrijednosti praga atrijalne fibrilacije (AF-2min, AF-2max); ili
je konfiguriran da se utvrdi postoji li ili ne postoji mnoštvo neprekidnih različitih pulsnih razdoblja kada se koeficijent varijacije Var(ZP) određuje između prve minimalne i maksimalne vrijednosti praga razdoblja prijevremene kontrakcije pulsa (APC-1min, APC-1max), ili se koeficijent varijacije Var(ZA) određuje između druge minimalne i maksimalne vrijednosti praga prijevremene kontrakcije amplitude pulsa (APC-2min, APC-2max), i određivanje prijevremene kontrakcije ako se otkrije mnoštvo neprekidnih različitih pulsnih razdoblja.
2. Uređaj za otkrivanje aritmije prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je broj mnoštva pulsnih razdoblja n-1, broj statističkih vrijednosti usporedbe sličnosti koji odgovara sličnostima pulsnih razdoblja je

3. Uređaj za otkrivanje aritmije prema patentnom zahtjevu 2, naznačen time što modul za generiranje usporedbe (113) uspoređuje sličnosti svaka dva pulsna razdoblja unoseći svaka dva pulsna razdoblja u uvjet za usporedbu pulsnog razdoblja, koji je: (1-K) * PPi < PPj <(1+K) * PPi, pri čemu K je 0.02 do 0.2, PP je pulsno razdoblje, PPi je jedno od uspoređenih pulsnih razdoblja, a i je pozitivni cijeli broj od 1 do n, PPj je drugo od uspoređenih pulsnih razdoblja, a j je pozitivni cijeli broj od 1 do n.
4. Uređaj za otkrivanje aritmije prema patentnom zahtjevu 2, naznačen time što modul za generiranje usporedbe (113) uspoređuje sličnosti svake dvije amplitude pulsa unosom svake dvije amplitude pulsa u uvjet usporedbe amplitude pulsa, koji je: (1-L) * Ai < Aj <(1+L) * Ai, pri čemu L je 0.005 do 0.25, A je amplituda pulsa, Ai je jedna od uspoređenih amplituda pulsa, a i je pozitivni cijeli broj od 1 do n, Aj je druga od uspoređenih amplituda pulsa, i j je pozitivni cijeli broj od 1 do n.
5. Uređaj za otkrivanje aritmije prema patentnom zahtjevu 3 ili 4, naznačen time što modul za generiranje usporedbe (113) uzastopno unosi svaka dva pulsna razdoblja ili svake dvije amplitude pulsa u uvjet usporedbe pulsnog razdoblja ili uvjet usporedbe amplitude pulsa, određuje da li su dva unesena pulsna razdoblja ili dvije unesene amplitude pulsa slične i generira vrijednost statističke usporedbe sličnosti kao 1 kada je zadovoljen uvjet usporedbe pulsnog razdoblja ili uvjet usporedbe amplitude pulsa, te određuje kada su dva ulazna pulsna razdoblja ili dvije ulazne amplitude pulsa različite i generira statističku vrijednost usporedbe sličnosti kao 0 kada uvjet usporedbe pulsnog razdoblja ili uvjet usporedbe amplitude pulsa nije zadovoljen.
6. Uređaj za otkrivanje aritmije prema patentnom zahtjevu 3 ili 4, naznačen time što je uređaj za otkrivanje aritmije (1) elektronički sfigmomanometar, te uključuje:
jedinicu za napajanje (13), električno povezanu s procesorskom jedinicom (11), koja isporučuje potrebnu električnu energiju;
memorijsku jedinicu (15), električno povezanu s procesorskom jedinicom (11), koja bilježi rezultat otkrivanja i podatke uređaja za otkrivanje aritmije (1); i
jedinicu za prikaz (14), električno povezanu s procesorskom jedinicom (11), koja prikazuje rezultat otkrivanja i podatke uređaja za otkrivanje aritmije (1).
